- I don't know about you but I have a depression room.. its the room when my mental health isn't doing the greatest and my room becomes a consequence of it. God is the only one that picks me back up and when He does its time to clean my hectic room. And that is what did in this video. I know how hard it can be to get the motivation to clean and how distracted you can get while doing so but that is why I made this video to show you that even tho I struggle with cleaning my room, if I could do it so can you! 🤍

Mental health really is a boundary but always remember your not "gross" or "disgusting" everyone has their own problems but you got this! Always keep close to comfort
Here with depression watching cleaning vids to motivate myself to make my room clean cuz I know itd help. My room is like… 5 times as messy :’) It helps a lot that you made a list of steps like one thing at a time starting with trash. Makes me feel like okay I can do this!

i love your message about mental health at the beginning. id like to add that motivation to get your life together really does come and go with depression so it can be difficult to get it all done at once. for me, its been helpful to split the work up into small parts. maybe clean your desk one day and just maintain that organized until the next time you're motivated. this could mean cleaning your desk one day, organizing your closet the next, dusting your shelves the next week, etc. please dont feel like you have to do everything at once if it isn't what you can handle at the time !!! anyway, im v proud of you

yesss! i've been cleaning my depression room of 5-6 years for the first time and it's been taking me months bc i cant handle too much at once, but im really happy that it's getting clean bit by bit without having to overwhelm myself :) so love your tips!!

Im so sorry, I stuggle with depression too. I have had my harder times but Im getting better every day but at the same time i'm getting worse. all we can do is life our life to the fullest. DOnt let it stop you from doing what you love and have it stop you from lifing.

Tip: When you don't know where to start, just grab something off the floor and put it in it's place, no matter what it is, and just keep doin' it!
I understand your headspace/mental health struggles. I’m going through a similar thing and I’m sorry that you’re having to deal with it.

Hey so I have a little house area where it has his litter box and a little hidey area for him but he mostly likes to sleep out in the rug since it’s hot for him. I’ve tried little beds but he doesn’t like them.
