Actually, king orange promised purple that he could get to his father if he joined him. Just to add up to the most comments here that explains what was amazingly shown to the play scene: So, stickman fights are infamous for its brutal and tactical combats which is [probably] where Purple has been trained for by his father, Blue. The mother, Pink, discourages the father to introduce Purple to the known practitioners of what I can say, their "culture", in which Purple lacked the talent of fighting skills. Therefore, Purple's dad, Blue, was not happy and disappointed by it.. resulting to him leaving the family, to perhaps find a more fitting family (it seemed to me that they run this practice from bloodlines, making Purple a rather, failure.) The abandonment of Blue to the family affected Purple's mother's health into a condition of sickness, to death. Now, with his resolve to redeem his value as a worthy child, along with his mother's death, he wanted to exceed Blue's expectations of him not just to be proud.. but to make his father realize his mistakes. However, he did not know where to start until he met the King, who took care and cherished his company. With that, he tried to make King applaud Purple's achievements: which was later shown from ruling a village, the quest for the egg, entrapping the guys, and for the Minecraft block. He did not hesitate to knock anybody who stands in his way. Having those people crowded behind Purple's back, chasing him, he reached out for King only to fall at his lowest in the end. Still, being a failure, but also, ironically being betrayed by his only salvation.. until Green. Too long but this is enough. He did not just want to be loved - since his birth, he just wanted to feel good of himself. Confused, but determined.
I love your lyrics! Although I think the last part (The amazing scene with purple and his father) is better without them! Such amazing music and visuals, it doesn't need words to express its meaning.

Yeah, most people thought that his father was abusive... but my 1st thought was that his father was training him and was disappointed. I see what you're trying to go for, and I know it's a difficult task to do, but I think some feedback is needed. But I think the main issue I have with it is the lack of rhyming. You did a great job with conveying lyrics, but with most of it not rhyming at all given it's a universe of music is one that feels a little distracting. Like: "You befriended up then left us to die, what's up with that?" Could've been "You showed us comradeship and then left us to die, the reason is unclear can you please tell me why?" It has a rhyme like most songs and is more in sync with the flute that plays. That's my opinion though, make do with the feedback what you will.
