Ruda is so brave! Hopefully, she becomes more comfortable with needles/shots as she gets older! But if she still feels scared of them, you can train her to do deep breathing. So take a deep inhale and a big exhale, do it 1 or 2 times, then a big inhale as the nurse puts the needle in her arm. This will relax her body (tense body makes the needle hurt more!) and also the sensation of a deep inhale will distract her and hopefully calm her down.
Ruda was So small at one time and just used to babble but now seeing her saying so many words in such a cute way melted my heart.....she is a big girl now.😍
