I think MW is the greatest Christian musician of all time. He's a modern day Bach, Mozart or Beethoven. He has inspired a lot of my interest in music.

I completely relate to this song. This song talks about a reckless car running out of gas before it runs her way and that describes the way many Angels have protested me throughout my entire life. First example I jumped on the wrong side of the pontoon boat on the Mississippi River and I started to hop up & down but started to float down the river but Mom said where is Robert and Dad jumped in the river to save me. Another time I was at a Rock concert and I was in the pit where you you can’t move yourself unless the crowd itself moves. There was only one problem a lady fell behind my knees and I fell to the cement floor and was getting stepped on until this tiny guy pulled me up with his hand and he disappeared. These two events are an example of the many Guardian my Savior Jesus Christ has sent to save me in my 54 years of living. What you doing. It may not seem like there is no one with you but I am proof that Jesus has Angels watching over us.

In 1995 Christmas Eve I was heading home from work I was listening to this song on my headset, riding my bicycle on a sidewalk when I drunk driver came and hit me from behind she dragged me for 3 mi under her vehicle before somebody car before somebody stops her when I hit the ground I stood up and I stood up I saw a white light I thought I fell off the bed and I was heading towards it a lady of appeared before me and told me to go back to sleep everything was going to be okay so I said thank you an went to sleep later to wake in a hospital saying I was hit by a truck I spent a year in the hospital of recovering how to learn how to walk I was told I had a broken back had plastic surgery on my face when I finally made it out of the hospital went to the police station to get my purse and stuff the bag said Dead on arrival the only song that lived on my CD was this song all the other songs were destroyed but mostly the part was when I got hit was God only knows the time of my life was threatened just today a reckless car ran out of gas before it ran my way that's apparently when I got hit my angel was there to tell me to go back to sleep and it would be okay

Hannah Kelly I don't see it, but people DO keep taking that Scripture, the WHOLE section, out of context. There is a LONG description about it in most all Concordances. It is NOT that we are NOT supposed to judge - we are to judge righteously. Apostle Paul clears that up in Romans, I believe it is. It's thrown around a lot these days for people making excuses to keep sinning all the time in certain cases - What it DOESN'T mean is "you cannot judge me." You'd need to study the verse and surrounding passages and your eyes would be open. We are to judge but only righteously.. and judging this song isn't covered by that verse, but it is plain SILLY is what that is! I thought the video has bad parts as millions hate clowns - that should have been considered. It's a beautiful song for sure.. but NO clowns needed in that video - common sense. Water Baby, I agree that we shouldn't judge. However, God was speaking to us as individuals. By judging others who you deemed to have judged, you yourself have just judged. It's pretty clearly stated in scripture. "Do not judge lest you be judged". Do you in turn want to be judged? That's what that scripture is really saying. I think the best thing to do is not accuse others of judging, but make sure that you are not guilty of it. If we each apply God's Word to our own lives, God, who is the judge, is more than capable of handling that situation.

Ummm Matthew 7:1 "Do not judge lest you be judged yourselves" Another one for those who are judging, and talking about going to HELL and all....the last time I read the Bible I thought it said you can ask for forgiveness! Colossians 2:13 "And when you were dead in your transgressions and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us ALL our transgressions." Quit bashing on Amy and listen to the awesome music she sung! She is great!
Hannah Kelly I don't see it, but people DO keep taking that Scripture, the WHOLE section, out of context. There is a LONG description about it in most all Concordances. It is NOT that we are NOT supposed to judge - we are to judge righteously. Apostle Paul clears that up in Romans, I believe it is. It's thrown around a lot these days for people making excuses to keep sinning all the time in certain cases - What it DOESN'T mean is "you cannot judge me." You'd need to study the verse and surrounding passages and your eyes would be open. We are to judge but only righteously.. and judging this song isn't covered by that verse, but it is plain SILLY is what that is! I thought the video has bad parts as millions hate clowns - that should have been considered. It's a beautiful song for sure.. but NO clowns needed in that video - common sense. It goes back to 1984 - so won't change videos any time soon! LOL OH and this now CD - it was out on cassette but IS on CD now - is among the HARDEST to find of all Amy Grant's work.. I wonder why? I did get it on CD eventually , but sure wasn't easy AT ALL!

Water Baby, I agree that we shouldn't judge. However, God was speaking to us as individuals. By judging others who you deemed to have judged, you yourself have just judged. It's pretty clearly stated in scripture. "Do not judge lest you be judged". Do you in turn want to be judged? That's what that scripture is really saying. I think the best thing to do is not accuse others of judging, but make sure that you are not guilty of it. If we each apply God's Word to our own lives, God, who is the judge, is more than capable of handling that situation.

Wow...hard to believe Amy's been doing music so long. It seems like not too long ago, I was just a young kid, listening to her on cassette tapes.
hi guys! are there any fellow australians here??? I'd really like to know if this got a lot of airplay down under because i bought "the collection" in 1995 and i knew i had heard this song before. Yet i didn't even know about amy's christian career till AFTER Heart In Motion came out. It still puzzles me how this song was SOOO familiar to me. If any aussies out there can shed some light on that for me, i would be very grateful :-)
