Do you have an updated chart on what Medicare pays for 98940, 98941 and 98942?

I asked Dr. Gwilliam and he shared this link - you do have to accept their terms to get to it, but hopefully it helps: www.cms.gov/medicare/physician-fee-schedule/search?Y=0&T=4&HT=2&CT=0&H1=98940&H2=98942&M=5

So, my office manager is saying the G0283 is only billable under a Physical therapist and we are denied anytime we bill for it.

I passed your comment on to Dr. Gwilliam and he replied, "G0283 is the code used in place of 97014 for electrical stimulation by Medicare and United Healthcare. It is reimbursable to chiropractors, but you may be getting denied because both of these payers (and some others) require the GP modifier be included to indicate that you have a therapy plan in place for the service. You can always verify benefits with individual payers to be sure. Note that, when it comes to billing G0283 through Medicare, the purpose would be to get a denial so that you can bill a secondary payer. In this case, you would also append the GY modifier." Hope this helps!
