Today, I watched a bunch of turkeys grazing in the back of my property.
When they had picked an area over, and there wasn't anything left, they had to create more capacity to feed the flock.
They did that by moving to another section of the property.
It triggered something in my mind.
I started thinking about how we can create more revenue in our businesses.
There are only two ways:
- You raise your prices, or you get more customers.
Raising prices is easy, but what about getting customers?
You can get more customers by creating more capacity in your business to take on new customers.
You can only do that if you're using data to understand and clean up your processes so they're efficient.

Waiting time and transportation in your processes that don't need to be there.
