Pile 2. So this is crazy to me. My mom was a smoker my whole life up until recently. I have asthma, and as a child almost died several times due to asthma attacks. I moved out at 17 to go to college, and 2 years later I was able to come off all but emergency medicines for my asthma. The only change was not being around the smoking anymore. I did have a hard childhood. Lots of emotional abuse and bullying, early death, early depression and anxiety because I didn't know then that I had PMDD, ADHD, and Autism level 1. I also didn't know I had a genetic disorder which caused my obesity and why I was so terribly abused by people in various ways. I have only recently learned a lot of this and it has really changed my perspective and allowed me to start learning to love myself. Maybe I should write a book. 🤔

Pile 2. So this is crazy to me. My mom was a smoker my whole life up until recently. I have asthma, and as a child almost died several times due to asthma attacks. I moved out at 17 to go to college, and 2 years later I was able to come off all but emergency medicines for my asthma. The only change was not being around the smoking anymore. I did have a hard childhood. Lots of emotional abuse and bullying, early death, early depression and anxiety because I didn't know then that I had PMDD, ADHD, and Autism level 1. I also didn't know I had a genetic disorder which caused my obesity and why I was so terribly abused by people in various ways. I have only recently learned a lot of this and it has really changed my perspective and allowed me to start learning to love myself. Maybe I should write a book. 🤔

The pile I picked was so true to what's going on. I had smoke, breath, strength, ancient oak, etc. We have fires and lots of smoke here in Southern Oregon. I have trouble breathing and am on oxygen.
