Streets by VICE: Los Angeles (Sunset Boulevard)
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 19 янв 2016
- Sunset Boulevard has become shorthand for what Los Angeles represents in the collective imagination. Most people do not see Los Angeles themselves, and instead imagine the world of fame and affluence they see on their TV screens. However, the reality of Los Angeles is not one glamorous place or setting - instead, it is a gigantic, diverse and complicated city, divided by its disparate neighborhoods. To know it you have to travel from east to west, across colliding communities that evoke both glitz and grit. In this episode of City Guides we drive along Sunset Boulevard, stopping at venues and speaking with native Angelenos about the economic and cultural influences that have defined and transformed their neighborhoods.

For work I have to take buses from one end of LA to the other. It takes about 3 hours, I do it almost every day, and honestly I fucking love it every time. Watching this city unfold itself before me, and exploring it by foot whenever I can has always invigorated me. You definitely gotta get off sunset though, there's literally an endless amount to explore.
That sounds kinda nice, but does it never get boring? I've always wanted to go to L.A but i dont know if i'll be able to afford it
Madam how do you not get bored of the 3 hour journey back & forth?
more people should know that the LA they see in the media is really a *tiny* portion of the city
I want to visit now :)
+Daniel 1992
It's not that great bro trust. Born and raised in socal and the people here are so self centered and fake.
Oh and don't get be started with the traffic.... Smh
+kushdaddy144 Weathers certainly nice!
+Daniel 1992 ha don't mind the haters...def should visit. I did and then stayed and lived here last 5 years ;)
+kushdaddy144 I agree
80’s sunset strip looked a lot of fun. My pop used to be a rockabilly greaser back then and he and his buds would party all over LA and head to the strip as well. I’m a rocker myself but unlike my dad, I’m more of a metal head though I do appreciate Elvis, jerry lee Lewis and those guys for kicking of rock music in general from the start. I grew up listening to Mötley Crüe, Metallica, Led Zeppelin etc. Though rock music isn’t as big anymore, it will definitely stay alive with fans who crave guitar solos, attitude, blasting drum beats and headband their asses off to rock, metal, punk and the rest of the rock n roll family tree. Kids today will never know the total badassry but lol little do they know that they’re beloved rap and hip hop music all originates from rock n roll. Everything came from the blues, jazz, folk and even gospel music. What the music world is lacking is the progression and instrumental techniques of instruments in the industry. Sure these people today have their own talent but come on where are the guitars lol
would love to see a revised or extended version of this. so fire. i love the LA culture/history
Born and raised in Hollywood and sunset...this documentary was really spot on.The eighties were really awesome in this part of the city. So many places to go eat , party and relax.
I feel like I could have watched 2 more hours. I love hearing about the history and the culture of LA. Stupid good.
It’s a wild place
I'm on a LA doc binge rn for no reason 😂
Same
Charlie Chaplin didn't found A&M records, he founded United Artists. Herb Alpert and Jerry Moss founded A&M hence A&M.
RareMedium she said built but im guessing he isnt a builder either
💯 THANK you
What’s the plaque then?
@@partsunknown1679 8:33. You see anything about A&M on there?
@Thecapo Jimmyjones It's because they're young and don't have any reference points to know the difference between a movie studio that was founded in the 1910s, and a record company from the 60s. Apparently the building houses the Jim Henson company now. Don't tell the reporter or she'll be crediting Chaplin with the Muppets next.
How very sanitised. Not one homeless person
@Jumbo Johnson I did watched it from beginning to end not one homeless person in it. No mention of skid row in LA Nothing

Live in LA and it's still fucking amazing
Not really. The partying get pretty boring after awhile.
The bitches are all self centered just want a sugar daddy
+kushdaddy144 your right....bitches are like that here
+kushdaddy144 Theres so much more, get out of your circle
theidiotfromla like what?
LA only has clubbing and nasty ass beaches.
The OC is far more better and cleaner less fucking ghetto. People here don't try to act hard all the time.
+kushdaddy144 yes thank you for saying that cus its so true.!
you forgot the skateboarding culture...thats like talking about slavery and not mentioning Abraham Lincoln.

The significance of the Ostrich Farm to Sunset Bouelvard is more than important than most know. For one the route of Sunset from downtown through Echo Park and Silver Lake is directly attributable to the Ostrich Farm Railway (built between 1886/1887) which ran on the same route before the street existed.
I loved all the interviews! It was a glimpse into various lives and values and I felt like it depicted everything that I’ve seen in LA - when I was visiting family, being a tourist and even lived there. I think with most bigger cities in Ca, one loves parts of the history and energy these places give us but hate the unfortunate parts of its reality; gentrification, gangs, the blue mafia, racism, etc.
Don't move to LA if your broke, I've known too many with california dreams and a budweiser budget.
Johny Hero hahaha
gonna move there soon. solely to create more traffic and nothing else.
I moved in and I was kinda broke. Nothing that can't be fixed with effort and hard work :)

I was riding my bike on Sunset right where Beverly Hills turns into Hollywood. I look over at the 1950s Chevy convertible, and I see the passenger is David Lee Roth. I said "hey Dave," and he looks over and says "hey man" as the light turns green, and they drive off into the Sunset.
Cool.met up with Peter Fonda some 6 years ago. Still got his autograph. Rog. Pacific sunset records.
"At a certain point its just racism"...so true, they should have just let the gangs run rampant and leave them alone.
She said, wait till they mug her or worse rape her.
Racism is letting the economy naturally improve a city. Heaven forbid the poor innocent street gangs go away!
how about this? read a book instead of socializing & hoodluming all day, learn something, make legit $, then buy your house. presto you dont get run out by the richy rich kids (unless you sell out for big $$$, which you will unless yr dum).
John Lawler remember everything is racism now. Ask the New York Times that is there latest greatest idea to get rid of Trump. Everything is racism.
i know what a dumb comment from her, facepalm.
Another great documentary, vice. Keep doing more about famous cities! Born in NYC and having visited LA these videos totally keep me fascinated.
I'd take veganism and peace over gangs and violence, every time.
T-t-t-too much soy sauce dude...
i'd like a vegan restaurant and a taco shop next to each other, similar prices
+Sangus Brule Vegans are a gang, they are growing at a rapid pace, selling more drugs and involved in more acts of violence then both the Bloods and Crips.
***** Nice essay bruh. It is a fucking joke you dumbass. Only shining light as to why people hate vegans.
+Indra Guillory umad bro cuz hes stylin on you?
RIP Jonathan Gold, thank you for promoting the vast amount of diversity in LA through food
Sunset was the home of METAL baby🤘
Cool documentary. I'm from London, and obviously we hear a lot about LA, but we get the impression that it’s either glossy Hollywood or gangsters in Compton, so it’s really interesting to get an insight into all the different influences on the city. I visited before, but I was really confused as it wasn’t what I expected and it felt quite unwelcoming as it’s so sprawling and diverse. But watching this makes me want to go back and explore more.
So so so very lucky to have been raised in L.A. County in the 60's and 70's!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
Most of Los Angeles is ghetto and the nice parts are so expensive to live, most leave California if they want to buy a home, but the tv and film industry continues to show only the pretty places as though that is most of Los Angeles.
John Andrew yes most people outside of CA think LA is some glam place it’s not 😂
LA is the butthole of CA, and SF is somewhat of an infected cyst.
Is it at least affordable to live in the poor parts of LA? Because I've heard about the rents and it's crazy, upwards of $1.500 for a studio apartment, if I remember correctly.
La is a mexican poopy shithole
NYC being the biggest shithole
I was in a band in 66 played all over Hollywood, opened for some big names, loved it in the 60s
What was the band's name. Rog. Pacific sunset records
The reason people are critical of gentrification is because it doesn't do anything to address the root issues of problems. All it really does is move the problems elsewhere. It's like shopping malls in that stay in an area that's profitable and then abandon them and move to the next lucrative investment area. It's like a city version of musical chairs. No matter where the music stops, somebody is going to be left without a seat.
+strangersound Are you sure? I'm not saying I like gentrification, but thinking about it, it would seem logical that it brings jobs, as the new residents have money to spend, so there will be more businesses. So some the older residents could find a job or a better job.
+Eric S The primary thing is you have one class/type of people coming in and in most examples, this is a higher class of people and the result is rents go up to a point where only the business class can afford them. And what jobs become available aren't that many and are the usual service/retail jobs that won't have the employees be able to afford to live in the community. Every case if different, and my comment is a generalization. Sunset Strip seems like it fared better than a lot of places. The New York (Bedford St) is a more extreme example of where gentrification completely prices out the people who live there.
It's a mixed bag. It's hard to argue with investment into communities that need it, with positive effects like reduction on crime, etc. But if it brings in a professional class of people, and the normal people get priced out and can't afford to live there, that hasn't helped them. They just end up moving to an area they can afford to live in, which usually has the same issues the old neighborhood did. The investors end up desiring these areas because they can get property for pennies on the dollar and end up making a huge profit. It's not really about helping a poor neighborhood, or bringing in jobs, it's about turning a poor neighborhood into a wealthy one. So this is more like exploiting a bad situation for gain, rather than trying to do some good.
Wikipedia has lengthy article detailing the pros and cons, as the displacment I'm critiquing is only one piece of the puzzle: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gentrification
+strangersound So with a job at say Starbucks (lol) isn't it possible to pay the rent for an average apartment in a place like Brooklyn?
I stayed in Brooklyn (Jamaica Ave.) for a week about a year ago and I could see the gentrification myself. Around Jamaica Ave. there weren't a lot of white people, but as soon as you get to the Barclay's Center you see more and more. I'm white myself, just so that there aren't any misunderstandings about racism or such.
+Eric S If you use white people as a marker for gentrification then you are missing instances of gentrification that don't involve white people.
strangersound yep true that
Thank you, Streets by VICE for inadvertently promoting Chemical Diary at 10:49. That's Chemical Diary's logo artwork on that flyer, which promotes a gig we had at a venue on Sunset Boulevard. I personally taped it onto that pole at La Brea & Sunset. Great episode. Ya'll rock! Roland Numbers

You never know. That's what they would have said about echo park
Nate Walker
I just don't see it bro. If Watts and Compton ect is a prodominantly white area that would be something to see
Sunset =/= Los Angeles
Sunset is tourists, hipsters, and the rich folk coming out of the hills to slum it. The real LA doesn't exist on an iconic street. It's in the neighborhoods that never appear on TV. And it's all too diverse to go to one neighborhood say, "this is LA."
Livid Imp yeah but if you had to pick only ONE street...
my point exactly. VICE got this one WRONG.
If i had to choose a street out would be Firestone/ Manchester or Pacific/ Long beach now those streets are the real deal
Livid Imp what about Crenshaw Blvd.?
my pops is from echo park, rip him. He use to take me to burrito king right around over there , nice area
"streets by vice" - going around asking people if they are gentrifying the area
The invention of the car in the 20's????
Karl Benz produced the first car in 1886.
Henry Ford started mass-production of cars in 1908.
Holy shit people are stupid!
Most of the people in the USA think Henry Ford invented the Automobile.
+TheTheeggmann yup people are dumb even electric cars were invented in the 1800s they just didnt become popular back then because it was to expensive and gas power cars were easier to produce.
***** fords first car was two bics with a motor. what ford did was to be the first to mass produce a vehicle that anyone could afford from the rich to poor.
+Prashant Balhara Mercedes 35hp 1901 was probably the first recognisable car.
In fairness Benz did produce 4 wheeled vehicles and maybe his biggest contribution was popularising the petrol engine. Petroleum at the time was a widely available cleaner that you could pick up at any chemist.
+IamTheEggMan Most people think Henry Ford invented the assembly line also. This idiot reporter just wanted history to fit he lame report story.
Ford was the Steve jobs of cars
I have lived in Echo Park since 1974. I'm glad the Echo Park Locos can't afford to live here. Good riddance. And I approve the gentrification of my neighborhood: new restaurants, new businesses, a cool mix of people, and a safer neighborhood. It hasn't "lost" any flavor. It has just added and changed it. hear hear long live Echo Park.
Glad you're living a better life :)
Yes, I can see by your pic. Why you approve of gentrification!! If what you claim is true, then you also know that gangsters were only a small percentage of the population. And are not only people affected by this new flavor!!
I agree with you in getting rid of the Troublesome thugs. But common, that Hipster restaurant is a reflection of a fake snobby materialistic culture that millennials seem to represent.
"Hipster" "snobby" "materialistic" are adjectives which can be found anywhere. My experience continues to be a positive one.

Cities like my hometown L.A and New York, always feel endless......These Megalopolis's are so huge, that even if you've been to a spot, it can honestly feel like a lifetime since you pass it once again and yet you can pass by a spot everyday, but it always feels like you can never engulf it's colossal size in one drive or one trip. why is a gang member complaining about the police cracking down on him and his friends - like is that not the whole point of their job? more importantly, why is vice giving a voice to this self-righteous and unrepentant criminal?
Rita Kristina cause liberals
Rita Kristina its important to listen to all people. You can't just ignore criminals, in that way we can't get rid of crime
She didn't just listen, she clearly VALIDATED what he was saying more than anyone else. She said, about police cracking down on gangs, "At that point, it's just racism."
+cash monneh floow yeah sorry, i'm not listening to people who justify self-serving criminality and complain about their "persecution" all the while degrading and terrorizing their own neighbors. like i'd much rather listen to his and his friends' victims.
Why aren't there gang injunctions in white neighborhoods? There are gangs in white neighborhoods too. Why aren't there gang injunctions on the Hell's Angels (and other white biker gangs), peckerwoods and the bros? Just like cops stop Latinos or blacks for wearing Dickies, Chuck Taylors, Nike Cortez, bandanas and sports jerseys, they should stop Hell's Angels for wearing their patched up vests and %1er patches. The Peckerwoods always wear Woody Wood Pecker clothing and have Woody Wood Pecker stickers on their trucks. Bro's always have Skin Industries stickers on their trucks, and always wear Dickies shorts, knee high black socks, black sunglasses and wifebeaters.
Hold on one second. Sunset Blvd doesn't start in Echo Park. It has a definite starting point- in the Chinese suburb of Monterey Park where it's called Riggin St.
I love L.A. I always respect my neighborhood, awesome to know this about my beautiful city and different cultures viva mexica

@@carlsaganlives5112 Henry Ford invented the modern automobile assembly line and affordable car.
@@xpez9694 Yessir! (ma'am?) He brought the car to the masses. In any color you want, as long as it's black. Made a few bucks along the way, too.
Thats correct. And the airplane was invented right after that in 1967. I just wish they would invent something so people could travel the oceans. Something big that can float.
Perhaps missing the point. The modern car was invented in 1886. Karl Benz... Mercedes-Benz.
"After a certain point it's just racism." - LMAO. No need to explain because, you know - pretty much everything is racist to a hipster.
I love hipster journalism. Whenever I need a laugh it delivers.
Bahahahahahaha! Exactly
Boyle Heights is the current gentrification “frontier” and the push-back is community based, not some gang thing. The thing about LA is that it is so vast, a place like Echo Park is just a drop in the bucket. There are still a fair number of working class homeowners who will, in all likelihood, eventually cash out for millions. A great place to buy 20 years ago.
This is so funny, I like when they show brown officers arresting brown gang members then the girl host says " then it was just racism"
Remember the media convinced many brainwashed liberals that Zimmerman was white. He was half white but looked full Hispanic but the media referred to him as a white supremacist the entire time and a nation full of brainwashed dumbasses went along with it.
that may not make sense on the surface but these minority officers have to operate under ORDERS given to them from a racist police chief and city hall.. If they wanted to keep their job they had to do what they were ordered to do. It meant proving they could do their job even if the orders had bias and racism interwoven into the directives.
@@xpez9694 So like a black police chief giving an order to Hispanic officers to deliver a more severe beating to a group of Latino's because secretly he hates Latino's. Or does that not fit the anti-white narrative?
you want to pull one example out of your hat and say "see racism doesnt exist" its not that simple...
@@xpez9694 Dude it's racism regardless of the race of the person, and it's been that way since the beginning of humanity. By the way I think your comment to me was deleted cause I can't find it on this thread.

You've done it again, Vice. Great story, great reporter, great video... Vice is the future of journalism. Keep keeping it real!
Sad that every time some one talks about LA they say echo park is the east side WHEN THERES AN ACTUAL CITY CALLED “EAST LOS ANGELES”. Just like in almost every video you stood right at the edge of the actual east side and leave us out of the what makes this city run. Such a disappointment AGAIN. Thought vice would be different but actual east los is ALWAYS left out.
they're too scared to explore east LA
I grew up in Highland Park. I get it. LA is sooo vast that it would take a 20 minute video just to mention the name of each varrio. Let alone any further information at all. This was about Sunset Blvd. At least they mentioned Olvera Street.
Sunset in the 80s was awesome, my Uncle told me the 70s were even better. I went back to Sunset a couple of years ago, I am still cool I think for a Middle aged Guy. Sunset is dead now
3:34 they cut to a samoan gang from long beach as an example of echo park in the eighties
hell yeah this gavacha don't know shit
L.A. isn't a city like NYC, Chicago, SF, or Seattle. It's interesting that they focused on the historical Sunset Blvd. stretch of land and while this is technically within the "City of L.A." millions of residents that live in L.A. county work and play all over the Southern California region. This documentary makes it sound like L.A. culture only revolves around Echo Park, Hollywood and Beverly Hills which all have their own scene, but there are literally hundreds of other enclaves they didn't cover.
My brother has played at the whiskey if not twice then once and it was epic I got to see him one of those times and seeing it in this documentary is epic he played there with his Irish punk band hoist the colors opened for drop kick Murphy’s 🍀
Went to La 1 time walked the city met a cool car detail artist he showed me around a bit. At first i felt kinda uneasy. But in reality the people besides skidrow were passive and mellow and carefree and open. Beautiful girls in summer dresses with smiles on there faces. Normal conversation. . Nice ocean weather is in the city. Alot. Alot of sweat shops making clothes and other items. Mini stores everywhere. If you got money. Its got nice people who are relatively open. No filters.
went to la last year (summer) for a funeral; very dense, beautiful weather, and the women! wow! the women outnumber the men and 9s and 10s all over the place of every nationality. i wanna go back and do the exclusive sunset blvd. thing. things are always happening there: mudslides, gangs, drones, forest fires, undertows, and everything else. all in all...loved it...rr
This started out pretty good and detailed....

+liverawkstar Agreed! I love the idea though.
Ive actually walked Sunset from downtown to Beverly Hills a few times when I visit LA . Its pretty cool just checking it out . I actually the the portion from downtown to right after Silver lake the best then i turn into Loz Feliz and go up to Griffith Park . The Hollywood and Bev Hills part pf Sunset isnt as fun to me , it can be , its just too crowded with tourists , junkies , and uber rich . A&M Records was formed in 1962 by Herb Alpert and Jerry Moss. Their first choice for a name was Carnival Records, under which they released two singles before discovering that another label had already taken the Carnival name. The company was subsequently renamed A&M, after Alpert's and Moss's initials.

Derick F i dont know because internet, but i dont think he meant that. just that its a much more typical major city street than sunset, which is true. if i had to pick thee most typical for LA i would say normandie.
Crenshaw can't compare against Sunset because Sunset runs from the the oldest parts of L.A. and it runs through at least 9 neighborhoods that range from poor to the very rich and it ends at the OCEAN.
Maybe in 1992. It ain't bad at all now man.

I lived in Echo Park for 14 years and I was frequently harassed by the cops when walking home late at night walking home from my corporate job.
There would be White kids screaming and throwing up on the sidewalks, and coming out of the bars at 2am, but the cops would focus on me walking up the hill to my luxury apartment building instead.
I guess that my designer clothes, designer bag, work badge and the fact that I wasn’t drunk signaled to them that I didn’t belong in the neighborhood that I had already lived in for 6 years.
When my landlord started making unnecessary ‘improvements’ like repaving the parking lot, and re-tiling the marble in the lobby, I knew it was time to go!
It was a ploy to get around rent-stabilization laws and jack up my already $2000 a month rent, so I moved to Hollywood for another rent stabilized place that was $500 cheaper and almost twice as large.
Though I miss Echo Park , 90% of the places that I loved are gone, and I haven’t been harassed by the police once in Hollywood in 4 years.
The city that kills dreams. The best thing about the city it’s the name.

I grew up in LA starting 1958. I lived in Brentwood before the San Diego Freeway went thru the Santa Monica mountains, it was being built. Went to Olivara Street as a kid. I love latino culture, its part of me. The only problem has been illegal immigration and the influx of gangs and drugs.
yeah why do they pick on the small businesses to question about gentrification, when places like starbucks, take a strangle hold on places, citys and countries. Not v fair. There a family business, working hard like everyone else.
Please don't take this girl serious. Angelinos love small businesses. Idk where this interviewer got her facts... Los Angeles is full of small businesses.
Please. How the fuck are they different from Starbucks when their prices are worse than Starbucks? Doesn't matter if it's a married couple running a business, if they're pricing out the population or specifically creating a business that doesn't cater to the locals, and instead only to the influx pop or tourists, then wtf is that? Starbucks is annoying as a chain and slightly more expensive than a small drive through hut, but they're nothing compared to these trendy little spots. At least I can roll into Starbucks without worrying about judgement or a dress code.
Visited LA from Scotland,UK last year......downtown was awesome and we are dying to get back again.....i love this city!!!!!
I was born on Sunset Bl in 1962 ... I did a lot of growing up there over the years. Today, Brooklyn NY is home.
2:02 Gentrification = Improvement of minority slums and gang infested areas by Whites who are willing to invest in the area at great risk and try and make it nice , safe and beneficial to all of society.
***** Gentrification= A threat to the ignorant, lazy, drugged out, racist, criminal, foul, inbred and delusion.
+Chairman X I don't agree with this. gentrification can be good or bad. If an area is being gentrified to be a strip mall obviously, kind of wasteful , but on the other hand places can be gentrified for parks ,reccenter, small businesses etc... Atlanta being a good example of useful gentrification.
So you'd rather have a run down slum than a nice new Mall that creates new jobs, tax revenue, grows the economy, creates stores and businesses that serve the need of people, improves the neighborhood, lowers crime rates, is visually attractive and desirable and benefits far more people? You really aren't thinking. Gentrification means improvement and positive and needed progress. People like you would prefer to keep the slums and abandoned run down building of Detroit then have some risk takers come in invest and improve the area. You leftists really are sick.
+goldsilverandiamonds No it depends sometimes malls aren't needed and sometimes malls don't support small businesses. I'd rather there be a some type of town fund that invests in revitalizing old buildings for small business like in ATL. I'm by no means anti-gentrification.
+Chairman X 👍🏽
End gentrification, bring back the gangs, and demand this with an annoying vocal fry!!!
Vice: discount documentaries.
Lolol yeaaaa right.
M T gentrification is good.
Cant just tell a story without pushing the agenda. Why dont they just say white people moved in? Skid Row is mostly white people why not put that in this discount doc.
@@briansutton2176 skid row is mostly white people? You either don't live in LA or are just an idiot
16:50 I was born and raised in Los Angeles. The music is disappearing. The HOB closed. Closest one is in Anaheim. Colbalt closed. I played there and many bands get their start there. Dimples-1st Kareoke bar closed.
dont bring a valley girl to the city to talk about heritage and culture of the city.
I couldn't listen more than a minute or two because of her voice.
King Khoda weren’t you around in the eighties. Don’t get butt hurt you can be a valley boy, happy
@King Khoda The valley is not comparable whatsoever to the inner part of LA
@@TheSpock23 Yeah, the "frog talk". Can't listen to a lot of shows these days. I wish this trend would stop.
Not even. She's probably from Michigan.
I live about 5 hours from LA and glad, too...
Definitely wrong to say there’s no good rock’n’roll bands anymore. I’ve seen some very unique amazing bands in my young life, it’s just that most of them can’t afford to pay 3000 for an apartment in LA and the major labels don’t want them cause that’s not what sells anymore there’s also a host of other reasons I don’t feel like typing out right now
I hear you. The bands literally have to pay the venues to play now.
you arent wrong except that rock is actually more dead than it sounds like you want it to be. the boomers are in their 60s and the residual rock world is trailing off after them.
I dont think vice know good rock n roll! they probably think nikki minaj and miley cyrus is rock n roll
Damned glad I left L.A./Calf ('85). Seen and done all the good for what it was up until then. You couldn't give me a home there now.
I remember this street from my field trip back in 2004/05 since I live, an hour or 2 from me
The worst hipsters are the ones who think they are not hipsters.
God I just love this woman. Karley does another fantastic job of reporting the history, culture and the feel of LA. I couldn't help but laugh to see her attempting surfing, imagining myself having the same experience. Beautiful lady, great video.
I grew up in the Coachella valley and lived in east L.A. for a year in 1973. I would arrive by Greyhound and walk to the area of Garfield High School in east L.A.. I didn't know how to take the city busses with transfers and all.
So sad to see Amoeba music is no longer there. Just a vacant building waiting to be leveled for new high-rise condos.
Where's it located now. Rog
@depression is for the rich thanks. Rog.
