For the record, It doesn't matter if the Haki feat is plausible or not- Getting hit with something thats the exact opposite of creation and can reduce you to nothing no matter how durable you are definitely should've killed Frieza right there and the especially since we see him getting covered in the shit-

Frieza surviving the Hakai IS a plausible feat. It means he can survive erasing techniques in just Golden. And he was Black when he nearly got erased.
And considering we STILL don’t know how strong Black Frieza is in DBS (just that he’s stronger than Goku, Vegeta, and possibly Gohan), it’s not too surprising that he survived the Anti-Matter.
