I went to White House the first time I went back to nigeria after 17years and sonny isn’t lying the food is beyond amazing and ridiculously good for the price . I love how well he showed my country on this . He is really going to the local places as White House is very local and common 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
As a Mexican woman who married a Nigerian man , coming across Nigerian food has been one of the best experience. You will never come across bland Nigerian food.
My fiancé is Nigerian. I absolutely love Lagos. The vibrancy and love for life of the Nigerian people is so contagious. Visiting there was the best experience I have ever had and I cannot wait to return.
I love the fact that not only you go to different parts of the world, experiencing different foods but also taking the time to learn different cultures and there history We definitely need more love like this, it's truly an example of what love looks like... Nigeria... you guys are really something special, all my university classmates from nigeria are really humble and nice people I love them, Im a white south african man and its almost like where some of us here see eachother as different wanting to stick with our own people, they just dont give a crap and come hang around with whoever wants to say hi. Nothing bad with oil. Do you have a lot of reumatic disease over there? Cause some people have stronger rheumatism after eating a lot of nightshade plants...? Do you have a lot of people with diabetes or any other sicknesses we have in EU? Hart attack? Asthma? I'm just curious because a lot has to do with foods you eat and lifestyle.
@@theyarnycaterpillar I looked up diabetes and its 3% prevalence..that's lower than most countries in the west. But it depends on the country..Germany has 15% but france is 10%. We in Nigeria have very high incidence of heart attacks especially among women...one of the highest in the world, just below Lituania. I think a lot of people do not do health checks and that contributes to it. They do not know they are at risk of strokes etc...so they dont take medication to prevent complications. Asthma rates are usually very high in Europe compared to Africa. I am not sure why.
I traveled to Nigeria a couple of years ago with a good friend of mine. He's from Nigeria. Before we decided to go there he said: come with me. Nigeria is one of the most beautiful places in the world. After we landed and went to his family's home he said: no matter what, don't you ever go out without me. Got to say he was right. Definitely one of the most beautiful and special places I've ever seen. Wherever you're looking, you see a lot of colors and happiness.
Her speech at the end shows just how deep of a person she is and the appreciation for how much more she learned. I know she will take this new knowledge and experience and use it to help her country. I adore her emotions throughout this journey and she would do this again with you Sonny, at a moments notice.
