I think the portfolio would be good to show organization but calling cues correctly is the important thing.
Interestingly, I’ve never had to demonstrate my ability to call a show in order to get a job!
I honestly think calendars, schedules, and example reports are the most helpful examples of how clearly you communicate-- this in addition to testimonials from directors, producers, actors, and colleagues are so helpful.
