- Welcome to my guide for How I Create Elite Tactics in FM24! No need to worry either as this isn't just for Football Manager newcomers it is also a refresher for the veterans of the game too that may open their mind on how they go about setting up their clubs' tactics in saves! There are 5 key things that I tend to do when making my tactics this year compared to years past and I felt like putting them all in a long form video together would be better than trying to do it on the fly in one of my normal tactic videos, so ENJOY!

About tactic testing, i think it is the opposite, if you want to build a tactic to beat the press, you play in the bundesliga
I totally agree, which is what I said as well! Playing in the Bundesliga is fantastic for testing out a pressing style, but you can also do it in the Premier League as well!
Hi can you please a tactic make a tactic for Paok i struggle a lot this year with this team nothing work its chalengenig Paok is at 3 best teams in europe in goals whatever i use not working
Do you train players to them positions or just leave them in training position
A bit of both. If I need a player to become “elite” in a position or role I would train them and lock them in as well if I were testing. If I am playing normally I do the training and just play them as I would normally. Hope this helps😁
@YGormy so in a long career save would you train them to a position or training position and I an semi professional club so do you have any tips on training please
