When swapping out rear springs, a much easier way is to jack the whole rear of the car up and support with axle stands on the rear sills (back of the car is light, so they're more than strong enough). Then jack up the centre of the rear beam slightly, remove both lower shock bolts, lower the rear beam with the jack and the springs will fall out. Then do the reverse to reassemble.
this is crazy, originally subbed to your channel from the 182 build as I used to have one, then today I watched the TTs build you did as im currently in the marker for a TTs, and you've posted another video on the 182 build after ages 😂.
@@SLRebuilt I’ve got my own car with just as many problems, I hope it doesn’t but there’s a scrap yard around the corner if the garage can’t fix it, OBD port doesn’t work and have airbag light on, no way to diagnose. I’ll prey for us both 😂😂👍
Nice work it was an interesting video thanks.

Mate, that car sounds like a total nightmare.. at some point either you will defeat it or the bin will be waiting! Hope you make it!
Never had a car that has given me so much annoyance. It maybe destined for the bin..
