Can you get Uncle Mo to buy me some lottery tickets?!? When I was in Phillippines over 20 years ago, they had a horn honking system too!! It was the craziest traffic I ever been in. 2 traffic lanes with 3 rows of cars and lots of the beeps to let you know that you are fixing to get passed on the shoulder LOL !!
