I believe the 4th gen of dragon slayers are from one of the movies. Also, guildarts didnt face one of the 5 dragon gods, he failed because he lost to acnologia
These villains aren’t necessarily stronger than the ones in Alverez but they are close. I would say they are weaker than God Serena, Gildarts, Irene, August, Zeref, and Acnologia. Plus it makes sense to find people this strong since they are from another continent like Alverez is and it was mostly unknown.
