Sword of hope is actually a high risk skill. You can perfect guard your opponent and trow it. Also in the middle of the animation if you’re trying to use the skill your opponent can easily stamina break you.
the risk isnt that high worst case scenario you get your stamina broken and if you had 2 bars of stamina prior to the stamina break your opponent probably wont be able to get much damage off because you'll recover quickly
But the downside is that you can't get out of it like a dual ultimate, but for other strike skills like justice combination you can perfect block at any point of the move except grab ultimates.

if the opponent is to close they can just dash to the side and you will miss and assuming the opponent has at least one bar of stamina they can block the first hit and perfect block the follow up attack since it's slow and predictable it doesn't work with knock backs is inconsistent at certain angles or just in general and the tracking is kinda just bad sometimes
Found a glitch where Justice Blade followed up emmediatly with Unrelenting barrage teleports you to them after they going flying and allows all the charges to connect doing massive damage. I dunno what causes this but I think maybe its because it snapshots your enemy bat a certain point during the start up animation.
sure one hit and the damage is guaranteed but it's easily blockable/perfect blockable since it's so slow has no armor during activation and takes four bars of ki and the end lag on it is pretty bad not the worst but still bad and good luck if you're opponent to stamina break you during end lag. honestly, Victory Rush deserves to be higher than Death Meteor. Dragon Fist, Divine Lasso and Instant Severance should have also gotten an honorable mention maybe even a Top 10 Strike Ultimates video would probably be better to make, since you'd probably have more options to add
