Maybe.. that's because audi driver launching an torsen awd from 2500rpm 😂. Doesn't matter how good is the car, without trained driver will not win any race. In that prison-country nobody have right to launch own car from traffic light. The WORST country in the world, less citizen rights than in somalia and regular people as poor as in somalia, they didn't even afford stomatology services, most of the people using plastic teeths system for eating.
By the way, in the roll was expected as z4 to pass easyly, had OVER 100bhp more and had HALF of transmission losses of audi.

He specified the mods so what’s the issue? They are tuned with bolt ons and both are hybrid turbo
My thoughts exactly 😂, tuned means stock with the exception of a tune. Upgraded turbo is entirely different

@@laurent36 if I ask someone what modifications are done to their car and they say tune, that means only a tune has been done. If they say upgraded turbo, that means supporting mods and of course a tune because you have to tune your car after upgrading a turbo

If that supra upgrade its turbo it’s a wrap for both cars.

@@gapcityracing6086 We did the 2 tries extra just to let him brake boost properly. But then again yeah, i was coming for a race so I came prepared with the sauce. Car does 5.9-6.0 60-130

The Supra is 600lbs lighter than the Audi and only has 50 less hp. I thought it would be closer

It was dry so not much grip compressed.
Here's the in depth. Pure turbo, port injection, flex fuel kit, 1000cc injectors, heat exchange, catted or non catted downpipe, E50 map on ecutek tune. 660hp more than likely has close to 700tq so that's really dicey when it comes to trans and axles so maybe pure stage1 trans and upgraded axles. A supra with that much hp and tq with the right setup can run mid 10s
any car is impressive at nearly 700hp

Big cost, just looked into tuning my Z4 m40i upto 400hp plus relatively cheap but send the locked ECU away and add a few other mods and cost soon become eye watering.
I guess it all depends on what you want and how much your willing to spend. If your intention is to be a drag strip hero then fine spend big but if your just looking for that bit more then the 400hp tune for the Z4 is plenty, it'll spin up its wheels in standard tune let alone with 400hp
That z4 it is heavily tuned indeed. The way it rockets off. Making the other cars look very very slow.

@@bigboost2641 I totally agree. I was hoping the 200 lb. weight difference would have helped the Supra.. I've always been a fan of the Z4 M.series too. The styling of the Supra is far more visually appealing.
@@ricco901 There was just too much of a difference in power between the Z4 and Supra for 200lb weight difference. The biggest factor is torque, it’s torque that wins races.

Very odd...these cars aren't even in the same ballpark. Each one is at a different level of tune and bolt-ons. One car has almost 200hp (170) more than the next LOL. It went as expected duh.

Enjoy and always like, your vids. Here is one: get an M4 Comp with RWD and run it against a C8 Stingray, off the line and punch. That would be a great match. Vette with mid-engine faster off the line, but the M4 would take it in a 50-60 punch, and leave it for dead over 100.
I think you are using BHP (brake horsepower) and WHP (wheel horsepower) interchangeably. I'm guessing that BMW was a dyno number thus WHP? Interesting race, I like the shorter format but some input from the drivers would be great, that Supra looked off against the Audi, would be interesting to know why.
It’s because he uses claimed numbers from everyone . Some of those people have actually dyno tuned their cars and have real numbers while others use JB4 and other plug and play kits estimated the numbers .
669bhp from a b58 hybrid turbo setup sounds about right. 600whp give or take depending on the custom tune he’s running.

What's crazy is the S5 with a stage 1 tune and E85 would be 500hp.... Didn't even need the hybrid turbo. Save a few grand and have the same hp.
The z4 really did its thing am also impressed by the Audi with it being heavy its got power bet none can get more from it with a VictorRacing active fitted

Yeah either he doesn't really have the turbo upgrade or it's not even tuned. You'll get 500hp off minor bolt on and tune

What was the point in this race… the power gaps are ridiculous and there’s 2 of the same power train.
The Supra had the lowest HP and still hung the entire time. The Z at almost 700hp was just unfair. If the tables were turned and it was the Supra at almost 700hp, it would have won every race by a big margin

Audi left soft for a AWD car, I bet if it was on an E mix as well it would have been a better race for the Z4

This matchup was... Why? 3 completely different levels of tune. Nothing was unexpected. Everything went exactly the way you'd expect based on the numbers. A little underwhelmed here.
The Audi and the Z4 have big turbos. That’s not “tuned”.

Bootmod 3 isn't a real tune. I bet that Z4 is on Ecutek and it also has a pure turbo. The comparison of cars today was way off, it was lopsided and you can clearly see it in the results. 2 cars with the same engine and 200hp difference and who knows about the torque, the other a bit more hp but awd.
Bootmod3 is definitely a "real tune" - What do you mean by that? Ethanol makes a huge difference and then a Pure 850 makes even more of a difference. I wonder how the Z4's transmission is holding up....
@MisterSkizzels bootmod3 tunes are more OTS than how you can manipulate and create custom parameters like ecutek including most importantly safeguards based on your individual cars response to the tune. I'm on stock turbo running 540hp 570tq, and if I decide for more hp and tq I'd definitely go for a trans and axles upgrade
@@robertrodriguez6764 With the new CustomROM you can do all of that. Yes- BM3 offers "off the shelf", but you can also custom tune it as well. I'm assuming you are meaning wheel horsepower - with that much you are probably running Ethanol - BM3 now offers their new Ethanol Sensor to go with the new CustomROM flex fuel features - its great!
@@MisterSkizzels didn't know they had custom tunes, I'm still a die hard ecutek fan. As far as me running E, you are correct. I'm currently running an Ecutek custom E30 and E50 tune with an XHP trans tune
@@robertrodriguez6764 They now have on the fly map switching, flex fuel and AntiLag rolling launch. Enjoy your Supra! On ethanol these cars are animals and my first gear is basically worthless. :)

Unequal races then he has tennagers in the comments thinking Audis are slow because he either gets someone who doesn’t know how to drive, has a badly running car, or a mismatched tune and they’re racing above their class such as this. Flash the s5 on e85 and it’s a different story.

This is not a dragrace. It's a idiotic comparison. You can not compare a car with 669bhp with a car with 450bhp. This is two total different cars. The Audi is something between, and has the advantage of beeing awd.
