You are in such an amazing path!! Very inspiring!! Thanks for sharing these great books!! It often shows how the most successful people spends hours and hours reading!!📚📈🤑
I just started the 4 hour work week, finally. The importance of books when you don't have a circle of people are heading in the direction you want. You are wise beyond your years.
Rich dad poor dad is one that everyone should read early on. Most of the time when you ask people which book has helped them succeed, it's that one! Great video Jose 👍
I was also thinking that it should be required in school...but then I remembered that they don't teach you how to make money, they train you to be an employee (just like kiyosaki says)
Rich Dad, Poor Dad definitely is a classic. I wish I would have read it at a younger age, my 20’s would have been completely different. All great books you mentioned👍🏾💯💯
I was just looking for books to! I’m glad you decided to make this one! Nothing like building a good foundation and getting rounded with those different variations of books!
I remember the first time I read 4 hour work week and then became much more determined to see how i could leverage time, eliminate bottle necks, say no and also not do chores if it means i could work on my business :) great selection of books!
I've read 3 out of those 5 books, but definitely need to finish the list and get on those other 2. I think Rich Dad Poor Dad is such a staple and is truly a "gateway" for people to learn about and delve into personal finance. The other 4 are the cherries on top and teach you so much about restructuring your life to live on your terms. Great picks Jose, and I love the b-roll you included too! I see you with that OFF-WHITE shirt while reading 👀 🔥
I've only read how to win friend & influence people. I've read Tribes by Seth Godin, but haven't read The Dip yet. Will defs check it out. I'll add the rest of these to my list. By hearing your reviews, I think the one I want to read next is "The Power of Habit'. Is LA Fitness open where you are?? Here in LA, I don't think it's open yet. I miss the gym
I love all the B Roll Shots! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I’ve read all of these books except The Dip. I’ll add that to my book list. Overall all these books are great. I especially liked how the 4 Hour Workweek got me thinking about lifestyle design. Great Video! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Also... CONGRATS ON 1K SUBS!!!!!!
Jose Rojas No Problem! Also since I left that comment I finished The Dip (only a 90 minute listen on Audible). It’s a great book and it really shows either you should commit and fully do something or don’t do it at all.
It's so important to find time to read and it's so good to get away from the screen and read for your own pleasures. We are stuck in Bali at the moment so finding a book is hard, but this is really inspired and love that you share what you have learned from each book. 4 Hour Work Week is for sure ideal, but we are trying to do our own thing. There is so much life to live and you shouldn't spend it working. Love this list and truly inspired.
Well said! Man you sure are lucky... I would love to have that problem! I appreciate you watching, your life sounds like the four hour work week haha. Definitely, too much out there to see. Thanks!
@@joserojasyt I guess "lucky" is true, but we did a lot of planning! In reality though, video editing truly takes more than 4 hours a day. Then engaging people takes more time as well
I read 4 out of 5 of those books. You just reminded me where I got one of my time-saving tactics from when you discussed the 4-Hour Work Week. Great video. My favorite investing book is still One Up On Wall Street by Peter Lynch. 👍
Enlightening video! We have 3 of the books mentioned. The dip seems to highlight how to arise even in instances like a job loss, recession or even 😷 COVID.
Really great books! I’m interested in checking out the dip. I’ve sold a business, shut down other ventures and other things like that. It’s not about failing or quitting it’s knowing what’s important to us.
Wow, I read Dale Carnegie long ago and I agree: that book does have some great advice 👍 I've heard of Rick Dad, Poor Dad but never had time to read it. A book that has changed my life is named *_"Toxic People"_* by Dr. Lilian Glass. It helped me understand, label and deal with a number of different personalities - some of which I've had to deal with in business. Great video and enjoyed hearing about the books.
*_AS PROBABLY ALMOST EVERYONE I HAVE READ RICH AND POOR DAD AND HOW TO WIN FRIENDS, AWESOME BOOKS, I READ THEM WHEN I WAS A TEENAGER AND IT HELPED ME A LOT IN MY 20'S. OTHER ONES I HAVEN'T READ, BUT I HEARD MAN YGOOD THINGS ABOUT 4 HOUR WEEK AND THE HABIT. THE DIP, I HEAR FIRST TIME BUT SOUNDS INTERESTING, I WILL DEFINITELY CHECK IT OUT, GREAT REVIEW AND I LOVE THAT YOU PUT QUOTES FROM EACH BOOK, THANK YOU FOR SHARING!_*
