As a 3-month-moth, this jump made me so frustrated on 12:10 that after my 7th day on Trial it was faster for me doing the main route anyways. I just don't get my character refuses to jump the same way as yours. Protip: The second zone on the normal route, just stick on the left as much as you can and you can go to third zone quickly.
For water trial you don't have to light the checkpoint after that long shortcut. If you even touch the safe ledge before you die to the water you will be saved at that safe area rather than the ring Direct desc: after you get on ledge from big skip, go to next ledge dw abt lighting the checkpoint (there is also a far ring with a few candles in it, but it's honestly not worth the effort) For earth, after you jump across the first gap, run into the invisible barrier, back up a lil, then jump around it. Idk how u would do it for pc, but it is far less time consuming and arguably faster than the other method. For fire, there's technically a faster skip method at the beginning, the shared memory next to the checkpoint shows you, but basically you get up onto the ledge that's next to/in front of the checkpoint then go up on the right. You should be able to see a small ledge to your left, jump down a little onto the other ledge, then jump to the platform where you're in a wedge and continue the skip as in the video. This does take some practice tho, especially with mobile because the controls get slippery and you might die before you can get up fully, but it's still a helpful skip. I really hope I wrote this in an understandable format 😭

Guys if you struggle with the first jump of the earth trial. Jump from the floating boxes on the wall. You'll face a barrier so you'll need a friend who you have unlocked the teleportation and piggyback with. Keep carrying him and leave him (he'll land in front of you) when he's unable to carry you, teleport! Until you reach where you want to reach.
hopefully rocket gets restored to normal with the next patch. with it i could do earth wind and fire in 10 minutes. you need a 'friend' though. btw you need to turn the fps to 30fps if you wanna use rocket.
Nice waterrun dude that was awesome. But after the death the next checkpoint u light is also skippable right? Also i tend to jump ontop of the statues for higher chance of survival. Also the air one is very impressive

@@nidgithm air+fire is like 8-10 mins for 8 candle cakes total, earth is barely like 1 or 2 mins for 2 cakes aswell, only water is really not worth doing, i also only do trials more now bc grandma is bugged😾😾😾
@@himekura-san on mobile its a lot easier! U kinda just have to hold onto your sky kid so they dont move and then swipe them towards the direction you wanna go to. If you wanna see a visual demonstration i recommend watching the fire trial shortcut video made by 'That Sky' / 'That sky spirit' because that's how i learned how to do it!! ^_^
I created another account to help me with fire. Bringing a friend makes it easier. Make sure both people have their flame showing. Fly right thru it (after looking up the map) without lighting each candle and stop when those fire creatures come around.
i used to be so good at trials and their shortcuts, did them daily with my friends to the point we’re all so fricking good. but i stopped playing for months and i forgot how to do them all :’) i dont like the way they fix some shortcuts tho 😡😡😡 (esp air)

1 - instead of holding w+d you can also angle your camera and just hold w to walk to the right 2 - idk abt this, if youre on 30fps try 60 instead, also you might just be switching flight mode too slow, i cant really tell without actually seeing your issue, sorry!!

(They will be able to detect ground themselves afterwards) (I see, you actually tried to brighten some fragments of video) ... in this game, I prefer touchpad over keyboard with mouse and gamepad. Touchpad lets swipe over virtual joystick to jump in choosen direction without turning camera. or dash in mid air, instantly changing flight direction. Additionally, just like gamepad, it lets walk calmly. ... do PC users having calm walk key..?
Can you make a more indepth tutorial of the 9:49 air shortcut? I don't understand how to ride the wind at all. Perhaps also showing your WASD keys being pressed if possible?

@@tisjustangie you CAN do the other three relatively fine as a chibi. Im usually a chibi when i do it anyways, but water really is a pain with chibi.
I think fire trial (normally) is easier as a chibi, since you're closer to the fires

yea its harder on pc because there isnt really a way to "aim"
its just doing it over and over until you kind of get a feeling for it
