- A tornado in Bartlesville, OK, caused a horse arena to completely collapse as it moved through the community Monday night. Resident Jimmie Blake decided to flee as the tornado was moving toward her, but she didn't have time to gather her 5 horses. All 5 horses were safe and without a scratch when she returned. I cried. Been through this with fires in N CA. So much loss to overcome and move forward. I called it “ Fire sad. They are “ tornado sad.” After all we went through, I understood the meaning of “ grateful.”

My heart and prayers go out to everyone during this tornado outbreak... I remember when the state of Alabama was in the same boat as you are back in April 27, 2011. It was horrible..62 tornadoes touch ground and 252 people died within 24hours.... So I'm so sorry for your lose.. I know what you are going through... I was one of those people 😢😢😢😢
She said she had 2 outdoor dogs. How can a person just leave their dogs behind when they know a tornado is coming? Thank God that He saved the horses. I always pray for the outdoor animals when I hear about tornado weather. But people need to take their dogs and cats with them if they're going to leave! If they're like my outdoor dogs it would be almost impossible to catch them if they were excited by a storm... don't be judging people when you weren't there.
She had a child and mom and those PEOPLE are more important. They fled the farm.
