What is the formula I should use to create a sum of the 8 roll-up summary fields? I've created a field to put the formula in called (Total Product Revenue) and it's a number, but maybe it should be a currency type.

Hey Brian! Your videos are awesome, I love watching them! Would appreciate it if you shoot one more about a cross-object formula field.

Love your series. I have a annual revenue field that I need to add together with a one time charge field to display the sum of those two calculations in what I assume needs to be a custom field on my opportunity. I also will report on this value as well. Can you help?

Thanks! Glad you're finding it helpful. You can certainly use a formula field to add to currency fields together. Just use the "+" sybmol between the two field names and you should be all set.

Which of the following are true about formula fields?
    A. They are read-only
    B. They will not display on record edit pages
    C. They will not display on record detail pages
    D. They are not searchable
    E. They will not display on reports (Please help, which options are right?)

      E. is the right answer. I recommend you try out each scenario to see if it's true. That's the best way to learn I've found.

I have 8 Product roll-up summary fields that I would like to total in same Products area of opportunity (Total Product Revenue). How do I sum each of the individual products roll-up summary fields into one field?

Hey there. You should be able to reference those roll-up summary fields in a formula on the Opportunity object. I don't have a clear picture of the data model and the business goal. If you don't mind elaborating, I'd be happy to help.
