All my life I've been told I'm an old soul. I absolutely love everything about this video jordan. I really wish more old general stores and fuel stations existed. I'd love to visit one in my 1968 ford f100 truck
What a nostalgic country store. I remember having a slip n slide and those miniature tea sets as a child. Seeing the bottles of Dad’s root beer reminded me of my mom’s favorite soda. I enjoy root beer floats, cheddar cheese, bacon & sausage and the stick candies. The miniature piano was nostalgic too along with seeing the Jahster again. Priceless❣️🐕🦺 Thanks for the memories, Jordan ❤️🙏🏻
Hi Jordan, I love that little Icecream Parlour at the start. Oh my, that store was just brilliant, it looked like it had just come right out of 'The Walton's'. Great vlog Jordan.
Wow - what a time warp! I live in Florida and I must say it has some of the most amazing, interesting and unique places to visit. It's so diverse and never ceases to amaze me. I am loving the Dr. Pepper machine and actually do remember one from childhood in my grandparents town. If only we had a general store in every town today where we could go to socialize and shop. Modernization isn't always better. Good tour- glad you found this and shared! Thanks!!! ❤️☺️🥰❤️🪸☀️🦩🌴☺️
Love it! Definitely a store the Berenstain Bears would have shopped, country store right in the middle of the woods 🐻 they would have liked that honeycomb
Jordan, I’m only half way through your video and it’s really cheered me up seeing all the neat items. Oh, and those blue skies and pillow clouds shown during your drive there gave me a sudden sense of spring during winter. Thank you so much, Jordan!!! You’ve definitely made my morning brighter!
Hope you are doing better Jordan. Thank you for this really cool vlog. Love roadside places. Sweet little Jah always so happy to see him. Continued Blessings and Support. ~Love&Light♥️Carli
Jordan you've taken me back in time! I am from Pennsylvania, heart of Amish country chow chow is pickled salad with beans and green beans, etc. This looks very much like the Amish stores around here. Thanks a lot it was great!
👍💯%❤👏👏👏. Thanks Jordan, watching this reminds me why I travel through small towns and down back roads. I enjoy finding places like these. I love buying cheese, the bottled sodas among other things. Chow chow is chopped up vegetables. At the end of summer when you clear out your garden, and you have peppers, bell peppers, onions ect you cook them down, you can eat chow chow on vegetables . I've eaten it for as long as I can remember. I make it. Can it. Put it in the shelf. Hoop cheese is cheese that came In huge circle, you could get as much or little as you want, it make the best mac n cheese. I watch the Appilacian channel where john vlog all the old country stores and places that are rare, lost in time. My twin texted me said don't forget to watch Jordan vlog today, you will love it. She was right. 👍. My oldest son Aj, just went to Flordia, him and angie celebrating thier 1st wedding anniversary. They are traveling all through flordia. He's only 20. I just told him to have fun, just be safe. They did go to the fair. Guess what he got one of those Bob Ross doll.i had shared your video he went. I just love videos like this. That's why every now and then when I can, I hit the road looking for antique and General Stores. It make my heart happy. Again A Big Thanks. Jah just chilling. You are right had you took Jah out of the car they would loved him, you might had a hard time getting away. That car was cool. Glad you showed it. AJ kept saying wow.🙂. I love these Vlogs. Love, respect, and positivity always, Neita, Ace, and family. ✌🖖💕🦋🌠🌻🙂👋👣.
This was great! Thanks for taking us here. I just loved it. I never saw an old-style bottle of Faygo. They don't even sell Rock & Rye, which was my favorite as a kid. Feel better, Jordan. You have a lot of friends here, and a lot of support from the heart. You are a sweetheart. And you have great teeth, too! ❤
Wow! Ion the mike of nowhere. What a classic. I loved this episode. Thank you for introducing to classic America. And Jah, doing the hard yards on the car ride. Thank you Jordon & kind regards tyui yourself & Jah from Adelaide, Siuth Australia.
Hi Jordan I hope you are doing well! Doing great here in Pittsburgh PA. I just watched your video about Will and wanted to send my heartfelt condolences to you and his family. Much love to Jah too! ♥️

$2 a dozen for eggs, especially for fresh eggs is a good deal rigt now! Moon Pies I believe came about around 1917. My dad had a counter of candy sticks in his pharmacy like in this store. Thanks for taking us back in time! Glad to see Jah!
I use to buy bologna in the country store. It wasn't in a fringe . It was never slimy . So good. I've not seen a country store in a long time. Thanks Jordan.~~~~Sherry
This was a super cool video, Jordan. Looks a lot like the 5 and 10 Cent stores I frequented as a child. Love the colorful, vintage displays - tin cans on the counter, penny candy and old fashioned toys for sale. What a fun place!!!
I loved this vlog Jordan, The General Store was absolutely a Roadside America Attraction. Thank you for sharing! Hope you are doing alright after the passing of your dear friend Will. It will take time to heal. But you will always keep him in your heart.
I used to hunt in Richloam..we pronounce it Richlum... it will all be torn down here before long, because the houses are getting built at such a fast pace and decimating old Florida haunts like this.. Im a rare native ( everyone is from somewhere else) and it makes me sad that our little pieces of Florida Americana is getting just stripped away so fast, but they have to keep up with the thousands moving here yearly...
Thank you (and Jah) for yet another great vlog. This must be an incredibly sad time for you, therefore this vlog is truly appreciated - it brought much happiness to our day.
Amazing as always Jordan, wish l had a time machine. it was as if it was out an old 1930s movie set. good to see you back. so sorry about you're best friends passing he's forever in you're thoughts.
