Was just about to get on my treadmill, and this video popped up. Walking is the only thing that has kept me lean and in shape.

A great hack that I love is dividing the 10-20K steps over the whole entire day with "walking snacks" that are shorter and more frequent.
I do 30 min at 530a, 30 min at 8am, 30 min before lunch, and then short 15 min walks every few hrs after I lift at the gym. This gets me 2.5hrs of walking daily, which is around 20K steps without it feeling like a grind.
**I think a mistake people make is trying to get all their steps done in 1-2 really long treks. This ends up making you more sedentary the rest of the day vs. shorter frequent walks that keep you active all day.
Great idea
5 times a day, I aim to walk to the mosque and back which takes 10 minutes each time.
Also, taking a break to go pray 5 times a day is an amazing feeling. It most definitely reduces stress, anxiety and brings about mindfulness.
What a beautiful ritual that helps both our mind & body, Al hamdu lillah.
In the last month I've increased my steps to about 7.5K, with my goal being 10K, but in the back of my head I thought hitting 10K a day was going to be tough considering how busy I am with work. It's great to know 10K is not entirely necessary and my current step count is adequate!

Hey Dan. I just found your channel, and I'm curious to know if it's better to do hit the gym treadmill before or after resistant training as someone interested in gaining weight/bulking and reaching daily amount of steps. Love to hear your thoughts

For sure. Not sure the KM’s tho.
Cycling at 25-50 Watt equals a walk. If you do 10 min of cycling it can equal about 1000 Steps.
