  • This one's for ‪@KEVINKIMTRAIN‬! By far the most viewed video I’ve produced now fully REMASTERED! With 4K video and natural audio. The previous version video did not come out as well as I hoped. This upload fixes that. I also had several requests to remove the music. Some of you like it and some do not. If you liked it, go back to the older version here: • Virtual Trail Running ...
Otherwise, enjoy the higher quality of this remastered upload and the sounds of moving down the trail together!
Take a quick look around from the top of Lookout Mountain before descending the trail together in this virtual trail run for treadmill workouts! I’ll take you from 10,620 feet (3,237 m) altitude down to 8,240 feet (2,511 m) along 5.7 miles of technical, but beautiful trails.
The stunning forest we’ll run through has a lot of deadfall trees from the many storms that have crossed the Rocky Mountains over the decades and centuries. This is a natural part of this ecosystem. Volunteers have cut through the trees that crossed the path to let us enjoy the forest, the mountain views, and the many wildflowers you’ll see along the trail.
I hope you find this virtual trail running video is perfect for an indoor running workout! Don’t forget to like the video and subscribe to my channel!

Good Day!! We had 6 new inches on ice yesterday so it was clearly safer and easier ‘seeing’ all the obstacles running with you on the trail this morning!😉 I kept thinking ‘Dooner Party of two’ as we traversed the mountainside😂 Thanks for your support in keeping me intentional on these frozen winter days🥰

@robertschultz891, I'm glad you came along! Your comment tells exactly why I began my channel - for people who can't get outside, I want to bring the outdoors to them. I actually have a lot more videos I need to post, so please enjoy what I have and expect more to come!

I enjoy your runs, thank you Glen. I'm "newer" to using videos while treadmill running (in any season but Winter, I'll trail run too) and have stumbled across a few channels. Some good, others poor-- yours is pretty good. One thing I see your peers doing and not sure it's possible based on your setup...they'll include those "stats" and visuals. I enjoy those so I can attempt to replicate a slope with incline at home and your respective pace.
Again, thank you for great videos, I'll continue to watch

Thanks for the feedback, @Nicholas Hitt. Some of my early videos had speed and incline metrics. One problem that bothered me before was the video and the metrics not being synced well. I figured out the solution to that after I stopped using them. I'll experiment with putting them back in.

Cheers Glen, cracking run, I only planned to run half of it today but once I started I had to see it to the end. I'm glad to see you didn't twist an ankle on the more rocky sections. Did you use the same route up to the start?

Thanks for watching! Thankfully, I'm very sure-footed. Yes, I ran up the same route. That's the north side. There's another route on the south side I used for a MTB video: ruclips.net/video/gfXo7UMQz4s/видео.html
