It was actually for music complaints about this same video that I stopped trying to cover the ambient, natural sounds and even started redoing some older videos with original sound. Holding the camera right in front of me, there was a lot of heavier breathing. I later got an external mic to fix that, too. Hey, thanks for watching!

This old-school bike was my racing machine 20 years ago. Somehow, we thought narrower was better.🤣 But I was on the podium at every race! My 2020 racing bike is a Trek Supercaliber 9.9. I ride it in some of my other videos. Thanks for watching!

@robertschultz891, I'm glad you came along! Your comment tells exactly why I began my channel - for people who can't get outside, I want to bring the outdoors to them. I actually have a lot more videos I need to post, so please enjoy what I have and expect more to come!

It would take a few hours, primarily because the old Wintersteen trail from here to Grey Rock is grown over and not clearly marked in places. You would need GPS capability to keep you on track at times. I tried it once and recorded it as my Wintersteen Trail video, but eventually turned back when the bushwhacking became too much. Also, the Wintersteen area is open for hunting. You can see what you'd be getting into by watching my Wintersteen Trail video.

Thanks for the feedback, @Nicholas Hitt. Some of my early videos had speed and incline metrics. One problem that bothered me before was the video and the metrics not being synced well. I figured out the solution to that after I stopped using them. I'll experiment with putting them back in.

Lance, your shoes would handle the terrain just great. I'm sure you would love it! I also run in Hokas. They're the best trail shoe (for me) I've ever found.

Thanks, Jeffrey! This video was shot with the GoPro Hero 7 Black mounted on a FeiyuTech gimbal. More recently, I upgraded to GoPro's Hero 10 Black. For audio, I use the Zoom F1 field recorder. With Adobe Premiere Pro software, I put the video and audio together and prep it for upload to RUclips.

@Kevin Kim, I'll do that for you! This particular video was one of the last recorded before I figured out better audio. So the original audio wasn't that great. But let's see what happens if I can remaster it and post ambient audio instead of the music. (I never really liked the music. It was just to cover bad audio.)

There are some great trails in and near the park. Altitude is the big thing. You know, the higher you go the slower you will go and the harder it will feel, so just ignore your pace and enjoy the trails!
