    Less than a minute in, I already love them, both, this is the most unique book sleeve I've seen on here with additional storage for pen and sticky notes, get outta here!

    this is my favorite style of crochet video! I just love that you explain how to personalize it as we go ie make it the size we need/want! sometimes it can be hard when its just a one sized pattern without explanations about how to adjust for a taller or wider book! thank you!

    The only part that's challenging for me are the corners of the length section - I am trying to nail it though! I think I'm getting in my own head about it (plus I hate counting stitches, lol). Great tutorial!

    Hello! Is there perhaps any alternatives for yarn needles? I'm new in crocheting and I've seen a lot of projects that need the needle so I haven't been able to crochet much 😓

    • @The.fantasybug
      @The.fantasybug 3 месяца назад

      Just a chunky metal needle works too. You can get them in most places where they also sell crochet hooks. Unfortunatly there really aren't a lot of crochet project you don't need a needle for.

      you can use your crochet hook & pull your ends through a few stitches with your hook! it’s kinda hard to explain but just stick your crochet hook into a few stitches away from your yarn end & pull the yarn end through the stitches

    Could you make this so it could fit multiple books instead of just the current book your reading

    I did like 5 sleeve rows but i forgot and did a dc instead of a slst should i start over or can i just continue and do a slst instead ?!❤

    • @strongearthcreations
      @strongearthcreations  2 месяца назад

      i would start over so your stitch count stays consistent 🫶🏻

    my project is getting bigger (as in looser) as i add more rows. idk what i'm doing wrong :/ i'm slip stitching and chaining 1 after every row but somehow it's getting looser

    • @strongearthcreations
      @strongearthcreations  2 месяца назад +1

      you might be adding extra stitches on accident! try keeping track of your stitch count :)

    I crochet just like you showed but it is getting wider and wider how can I fix this?

    • @strongearthcreations
      @strongearthcreations  Месяц назад +2

      you might be accidentally adding stitches. try putting a stitch marker at the start of your row & count your stitches to make sure they’re consistent

    Im sorry your instructions when it comes to doing the length when you say do a sl and then ch1 and turn your work makes no sense and it made me mess up after spending so much time on it:/

    • @strongearthcreations
      @strongearthcreations  3 месяца назад +1

      that is the standard way to end every row. you slst to close the row, ch1 as a turning chain, and turn your work so you have a straight seam. what part is confusing for you? i can try & help
