Heya!!! I’ve been having a hard time letting go of a lingering toxic relationship. Been doing this for four nights now and I can see I’m not missing him anymore. During the removal of connections, I felt like a whole tree (imagine tree roots) was pulled from my solar plexus and heart chakras. It literally felt like my stomach became flatter with the release. I typically have a ton of anxiety in these two areas and I feel a freedom that I have never experienced at this moment. Best. Meditation. Ever.

I'm so ready!The sound quality of this meditation is perfect! Music is loud enough to hear without overpowering your voice like a couple of others I have listened to. This meditation also is so amazing in that it is all inclusive in it's teaching. You cover so much in one recording that it really leaves me feeling transformed. I feel like this meditation is the opposite of the force that tries to destroy my life. I listened to it regularly after work at night, but every time I listened, I slept and then waked at the end of the session. My only chance to get full benefit is during weekends. I wholeheartedly appreciate for this gift - the most useful video I ever had on youtube.

This meditation is my absolute favorite of all. I love it and I love how it makes me feel. A few months ago I went out with this guy (I had not dated in 2 years, until Sept) and I would get this feeling in my stomach when I was around him or when I'd think about him. Not sure exactly how I figured it out, but it was my solar plexus. So I figured I'd meditate. So when I would do chakra balancing I would feel the same exact sensation in my solar plexus when I got to that point of my chakra balancing. He "ghosted" me 2 wks after we went out, which that's okay, that's how it was meant to go. If it wasn't for him and my solar plexus I don't know if I would have started meditating. Yeah this one has got to be my favorite of all time. This one is so awesome that I can't even express in words. THANK YOU!!!

Still in tears. I felt everything. I felt something like a bracelet being placed on my right wrist although I had loose rubber bands around my wrist for my hair. It felt heavier like a bracelet. It helped me understand some emotions I was already feeling. I still feel heartbroken. I felt the tingles and like things were being broken. I been seeing a lot of number 8 so it made sense with the infinity. So much. ✨ Forever Greatful!
I often used to listen to this meditation last month, but then I decided to listen to some of the kundalini meditations. Today is the first day I listened to this meditation without falling sleep. I don't know if it normal to have tears during meditation. That never happened before. I also felt sensations from the back of my spine, spreading horizontally on my back

This meditation is my absolute favorite of all. I love it and I love how it makes me feel. A few months ago I went out with this guy (I had not dated in 2 years, until Sept) and I would get this feeling in my stomach when I was around him or when I'd think about him. Not sure exactly how I figured it out, but it was my solar plexus. So I figured I'd meditate. So when I would do chakra balancing I would feel the same exact sensation in my solar plexus when I got to that point of my chakra balancing. He "ghosted" me 2 wks after we went out, which that's okay, that's how it was meant to go. If it wasn't for him and my solar plexus I don't know if I would have started meditating. Yeah this one has got to be my favorite of all time. This one is so awesome that I can't even express in words. THANK YOU!!!

Still in tears. I felt everything. I felt something like a bracelet being placed on my right wrist although I had loose rubber bands around my wrist for my hair. It felt heavier like a bracelet. It helped me understand some emotions I was already feeling. I still feel heartbroken. I felt the tingles and like things were being broken. I been seeing a lot of number 8 so it made sense with the infinity. So much. ✨ Forever Greatful!

I often used to listen to this meditation last month, but then I decided to listen to some of the kundalini meditations. Today is the first day I listened to this meditation without falling sleep. I don't know if it normal to have tears during meditation. That never happened before. I also felt sensations from the back of my spine, spreading horizontally on my back
I cried like a baby. It's all good!! 😂
Completely normal to release via tears ... even the sensations you experienced in your spine ... energy moving ... it's all beautiful ❤️
