So much crying during the sessions as if everything is true and had happened to me in past lives. All these hidden traumatic cells came on surface to get released. Thank you so much for all the efforts you did for us Sandra ❤ Edit : just 5 minutes after this session I went to restroom and believe me it’s not even my periods time but I got release so much blood just like periods. Looks like I released that trauma I was holding at the time of abortion I had because I was unmarried. Lots of love and gratitude 🙏

Im getting changed in positive direction.... Cried when i realised as i had reacted to my short time girlfriend behaviour and it ruined our starting relationship ( she is back... she is from far away)... I subconsciously was seeking prove of love in her behaviour towards me... Now after having done a few meditations, i wouldn't ve reacted like that..... I d messed it up and its gone forever.... I also lived full of guilt after she d gone...

Words are not enough to thank you for breaking my belief that only way to clear Karmic baggaes are through pain. Never knew it doesn't have to be that way. Never knew it can be consciously released and learning and growth can be a joyful process.
Even if you cannot visualize at first, wear headphones and lay down, close your eyes and relax and repeat the commands out loud, as much as you can, even if you miss some words. This is a truly powerful meditation. God bless you!

My life has been taking a turn now. The times have been tough. Diagnosed with tuberculosis, pneumonia, developing a small cavity in lung and a stone in kidney. Just done this meditation, I cried a lot when it came to all the various ways of being killed or killing others. I know this is past lives, it explains why I had continual nightmares on this area. It also explains why I can’t tap into my spiritual gifts and afraid to use them. This meditation covers everything and I will be using it regularly to finally get rid of all the baggage. It started with deep breaths followed by tears rolling out of my eyes for next 1 min followed by feeling so damn relaxed and then sleepy by the end of 17th min. And then I have a visitor at home. So grateful to you for this one. I feel light. ❤️

Just done this meditation, I cried a lot when it came to all the various ways of being killed or killing others. I know this is past lives, it explains why I had continual nightmares on this area.
