  • THROW IN EVERYTHING IN THE RICE COOKER™ AND... VOALAAAA...... Nothing is easier than this dish. you just need to THROW IN EVERYTHING IN THE RICE COOKER™ and in 30 minutes you will have the meal ready. Play with the topping and create a more interesting dish. Easy and quick!
    Ingredients
    - 2 cup of short grain rice or Japanese rice
    - 200g salmon, skin on
    - 1 tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
    - 1tbsp mirin
    Methods:
    - Wash rice and put it in the rice cooker
    - Add water according to rice cooker instruction
    - Pour Kikkoman sauce and mirin
    - Put salmon in, skin side up
    - Cook according to rice cooker instruction
    - Once cooked, leave it in the warm setting for 15 minutes, remove the skin and mix the rice while breaking the salmon into smaller pieces.
    - Arrange in the bowl and add topping.
    - Serve Immediately
    Topping: You can use any topping you like. In this video I am putting Ikura (Salmon roe), eggs, nori, kimchi, spring onion
    Ms Bun time/tips: You don't need any tips as it is soooooo easy to cook and pretty presentation

    Hallo Semua,
    Masak paling gampang minggu ini. Salmon Rice Cooker. Gampang banget, Masukin semua di rice cooker
    Dan 30 menit kemudian, jadi deh. Asyiknya, dengan mengatur topping yg rapi diatasnya, ini bisa jadi sajian yang mengagumkan. Bisa pakai topping apa aja yg ada atau yang disuka.
    Satu lagi, ini juga saya pakai buat anak2 punya lunch box.
    Nah..... Masak gampang dan cepat. Saya sampe punya waktu buat pake lipstik hahaha... Yukkkk, intip gimana saya buatnya..
    Bahan:
    - 2 cups beras jepang
    - 200g salmon dengan kulit
    - 1sdm kecap Kikkoman
    - 1sdm mirin
    Cara Memasak:
    - Cuci beras dan masukkan ke dalam rice cooker
    - Tambahan air sesuai dengan takaran rice cooker
    - Masukkan kecap Kikkoman dan mirin
    - Letakkan salmon, bagian kulit diatas
    - Masak sesuai setting rice cooker
    - Setelah nasi matang, biarkan dalam rice cooker selama 15 menit. Lalu buang kulit salmon, aduk nasi dan belah salmon menjadi potongan2 kecil.
    - Atur di dalam mangkok saji, tambahkan topping.
    - Sajikan segera
    Topping: Bisa taruh topping apa saja yg disuka. Di video ini saya pakai Ikura (Telur Salmon), telur dadar, nori, kimchi dan daun bawang
    Ms Bun/Tips: Gak perlu tips deh untuk yg ini. Gampang bangetttt dan cakep disajikan pula kannn.....

    the instructions on my rice cooker said you could do this but didnt really explain. im doing this all the time now

      Hi ry, I use the standard setting. It may vary for different brand and wattage. Mine is 45 minutes for 2 cups of rice. Just do it like how you normally cook your steam rice. If the rice is cooked, then the salmon is definitely cooked. Hope it explains. I am glad you like this dish. It is my life saver when I am lazy to cook hahaha.
