SPENT the NIGHT in the HIDE || FAILURE is part of wildlife photography

- This fall I decided to spend the night at the pond in order to hopefully capture some portrait shots of the beautiful eurasian wigeon, had a some what pleasant night except from some close encounters with some wild boars, hunters driving past in the middle of the night and a damp hide.
Had a beautiful morning with a lot of fog which didn´t end up lifting until I decided to go back home after having a hard time getting any photos and by the end of it, I never ended up photographing the wigeon, it was too far away and they kept being disturbed by the landowner and his employees but that´s how it is with wildlife photography, somedays I can photograph for hours others (most) you´re just laying in the hide waiting for something to never show up.
None the less, it was a blast sleeping in nature and something I always enjoy doing even thou it rarely happens these days.

Hi Andy, I fee sorry that the situation wasn't that good for you to take good images but as you said that is wildlife photography. It's always good to be outside in nature, it's the whole experience that counts! I was already waiting for some whispering as you can imagine oh well maybe next time 😂. Take care!
