Plot twist you're secretly working on the Six of Crows show that's still happening-- no but real talk this is stunning! That shot of Wylan with the letter "If you can read this know.." stabbed me right in the heart I could see this as the intro for the show
I had to say more but I don't want to spoil the book for anyone who hasn't read it so spoilers ahead! v v v v Just imagine people's reaction who haven't read the book watching the show for the first time, seeing Wylan's bit in the intro and initially thinking nothing of it, then later on when it's revealed the letter is his father taunting him. The clue was in the intro the whole time UGH!! Kills me that we're not getting the show 😭
1:00 this shot of (I assume) Tante Heleen is SO cool, especially if you connect it to the next shot of Inej. It almost looks like Tante Heleen is using the puppet strings to control Inej when she jumps down, because she literally controls her-
This looks fantastic, really slick and cohesive! On an unrelated note I was fully expecting Enemy to be the backing track which shows the grip Arcane has had on me recently
THIS IS SO AMAZING I especially love Jesper and Wylan’s frames and them holding hands is such a nice touch 🥺 I am forever bitter about the fact that they cancelled what would have been such a great show 😭 and probably way better than Shadow and Bone, cuz even though I really liked the show (and merely tolerated the books), SoC is just superior in every way imo No seriously they had perfection in their hands (mainly the cast) and they threw it away 😤 (I’m commenting to help boost engagement and get this picked up by the algorithm bc it’s so dang good)
