Seeing Free Guy because of you was the best decision I ever made because my whole family enjoyed it and it was the best video game movie I had ever seen. As someone who struggled with anxiety and depression and has been to therapy. Therapy doesn't work for everyone, sometimes you just need to laugh so I tell a lot of jokes to make others laugh so that I can laugh with them. A lot of times when I was feeling down I would just watch a Meme Time or a LAUGH and I would feel better because of a simple thing... laughter. Thanks Jack :)
I agree with this based on my experience with phycologists. I'm fairly sure there is one out there somewhere who could be good for me, but many make you feel like they just see you as a set of statistic. It's also extremely expensive, and not all professionals are the same. It's easy to see someone with a degree as a be-all end-all expert but pleanty of professionals in the mental health sphere give bad advice just based on limits in their specific field of study or biases. It can be extremely taxing to navigate. The things that have helped me the most so far are stuff like this, and while there is a certain ceiling to it for me personally and again in a perfect world I would love to have had a good phycologist by now, embracing some of the things that improve my mental health even if they aren't conversational has been the best decision I think I could have made.

But by the time they get there she has befriended the dragon and he becomes their second pet ans now it’s a comic about how they saved a dragon and gave it a new home and it’s a slice a life w BB, Jack, Ev and their dragon. As someone who struggled with anxiety and depression and has been to therapy. Therapy doesn't work for everyone, sometimes you just need to laugh so I tell a lot of jokes to make others laugh so that I can laugh with them. A lot of times when I was feeling down I would just watch a Meme Time or a LAUGH and I would feel better because of a simple thing... laughter. Thanks Jack :)
I agree with this based on my experience with phycologists. I'm fairly sure there is one out there somewhere who could be good for me, but many make you feel like they just see you as a set of statistic.
It's also extremely expensive, and not all professionals are the same. It's easy to see someone with a degree as a be-all end-all expert but pleanty of professionals in the mental health sphere give bad advice just based on limits in their specific field of study or biases. It can be extremely taxing to navigate.
The things that have helped me the most so far are stuff like this, and while there is a certain ceiling to it for me personally and again in a perfect world I would love to have had a good phycologist by now, embracing some of the things that improve my mental health even if they aren't conversational has been the best decision I think I could have made.
