THIS HAD TO BE THE MOST SIMPLE SHORT AND SWEET EASY TO LEARN OR COPY BASKETBALL MOVES VIDEO IVE EVER SEEN. THANKS VERY MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO, I WILL SUBSCRIBE BECAUSE OF THIS VIDEO, THANKS AGAIN.
Been self training for 3 months already and its hard without a hoop but I can't just sit down hoping to get better. Thanks for the great contents coach! Just subbed.
I really love your channel and content, but have to point this out: Your swing step example at 1:30 is a travel for anybody not playing professionally, which I would assume is every person watching this video. You put your second hand on the ball on the pick-up well before you launch off your left leg for the first of two steps. By putting both hands on when still planted on the left, you are establishing your left as the pivot foot. You then take two steps, which is a travel to non-professionals in every league at every level in the US. The move is legal if you delay that pick-up by bringing up one-handed and delaying that second hand a tiny bit. You even highlight Kyrie doing this in the next clip, which is preferred in HS/college to avoid a travel.
You're 100% right with the rules. You're not mentioning FIBA though, which is a huge part of basketball worldwide and the viewers of this channel. FIBA has the same travelling rules as Europe. High School and College basketball should change their travelling rules ASAP in my opinion. Basketball rules should IMO be the same at all levels, young kids should be able to imitate the moves of the NBA stars they admire. Gonna make a video on this soon.
Let me help y'all out: In and out spin move and in and out crossover. To this day if im in transition going 100 mph there's never been anybody that could stop those moves one on one. The in and out is already deadly by itself, but when you add a hard sharp spin or a sharp crossover the defenders not gon know what to do 😂
Mainly gonna be triple threat moves. Bunch of videos on my channel on those. Rocker step, negative step, jabs, crossovers, shot fakes. 24 Triple Threat Moves: ruclips.net/video/Gd0F-7BBIXE/видео.html Attacking off the catch is also key, basketball is getting faster every year: How To Attack Closeouts: ruclips.net/video/CLSYZlTwUvk/видео.html
Fire video as always Coach! I have a question, I'm 5"7 but where im from that's considered average height, but Im very big size I'm like 205lbs ish. Everytime I get the ball in the mid range or three point area nobody guards me close and I always miss my shots, I always have to rely on post moves to score, my driving isn't that fast but I can still score sometimes What should I do to improve?
@Almahdi Al-Bathawee thank you man! My shooting is really inconsistent it can go from not missing on like Monday to absolutely bricking everything on tuesday
@Almahdi Al-Bathawee Also I do practice the Mikan and my go to is always the hook shot because of that I'm unstoppable in the post. But like I'm trying to change my game ya know thanks for the advice
1) Improve your shooting. It will force your opponents to guard you closer and make everything easier. 2) Lean up and get quicker. It will take some time but it's worth it if you are serious about improving. 3) Learn more ways to create after catching the ball inside. Spin moves, handoffs, fake handoffs, pick and pops, skip passes and backdoor passes. See how Jokic does it.
You might as well make NBA a whole another discipline of basketball. All these moves are travels and carries, it looks more like streetball than basketball
Thank you 🙏🏾 Simple but ez moves for me to add ✊🏿
Simple moves are often the most effective.
This channel is the best tbh.. 🔥🔥
The in & out is my go to. Prolly the easiest but still one of the most effective
Was recently looking for moves to use in transition. Great vid can't wait for more
Go get some quick buckets bro

Keep going dude
Create a hoop or save up to buy one ball is life
It’s funny how you used “sit down” because the video literally has a chair
@@21dxminic13 😐
Same, my hoop has been unavailable for the past few months because of things blocking it. Keep going because it really pays off
Thanks a lot for all these videos. I think its the greatest channel to analyze real moves from the nba
Glad that you like them. Let me know if you have video suggestions.

Why doesn't he move the chair easier to do a layup Hmm....
Double in and out makes your defender automatically fall..Thank me later
