I have often wondered how to get the complete roundness effect for a full moon. I never thought of doing it that way with a brush. Your method would work for all sizes and scales by using different sizes of brush for whatever scale you were working on. Once again you taught me something new. Thanks Clive, for a job well done.
Have tried m;y own version of this, am going to study it for a while before deciding if I want the tree or not. Am fairly pleased with the result, will post on facebook when I get the chance. Thanks for the lesson, I enjoy trying different skies and backgrounds.
I get shaky hands, wondering if i can use my stencil for the moon. It has varying sizes of circles on it. I remembering trying to do trees from another artist's tutorial. They ended up looking like fat fingers...*shivers*
Hello Clive, I was wondering what brand of paint it is that you said you used? Thank you very much, I really enjoyed this one! And I will be watching it again to try it myself.
Hi Clive I hope that you are doing well. Thanks for another great tutorial. I have to tell you this and I apologize in advance for my bluntness it's part of my personality. I miss your frequent videos, your waffling etc. I know that you are busy and working on retirement or not retiring, taking care of honey do projects at home, getting to the water, art museums, art stores etc. I appreciate all that you do share with us but just felt the need to let you know I miss you. Oh yeah your Sunday updates. And you and Dawn collaborations. So I guess you could say I spent too much time watching Clive5Art. Your a great, humble, funny, honest personable artist. God Bless and I hope you are getting to do all the things you want to do.
+Lona Adachi I still waffle but the Sunday updates take over 2 hrs to publish and then deleted 1 week later it's good but I find its better to put the time into better content the Clive n dawn videos are great I'm hoping to start them up again but the 6 hr time difference makes it hard for us these days I have to stay up until early hours that makes for a hard following day I'm working on a new method I try to put more effort into the videos and collaborate with more channels to bring better content that you for your support I will be talking to dawn soon Clive
I totally understand. More than anything I just wanted you to know your videos are the best, and so are you. How is your Molly doing? I just took mine in this morning so she could be spade (fixed). She has to spend the night. I've been lost without her today. I always look forward to your videos. Best regards.

Hello Clive, I'm a complete novice so can you tell me whichy side of a canvas shyould you paint on, the rough side or the smooth side.
yeee again thankyou clive i so proud mastered this one woo hoo and to think all these years i was nervous to paint
+Leanne Amy you can do any thing you want if you put your mind to it and believe
I like this one Clive! Are you painting your brush strokes for the sky at a slight angle?
+Donnamarie304 I was yes it adds a little to the effect thanks Clive
Another question, when you say moisture. Do you mean more water or an addictive mixed with it?
Yes I say moisture because if I say water people tend to over thin the paint you don't want to add too much water
Love it Clive! Wonderful as always😊
+Brandy Lewis your welcome thanks
