If you go left with all escaping isnt an option screens, youll basiclaly get the good ending, sonic wants to see tails again, and after trial and error, he reaches his void. Where they can meet and have same thoughts, and another one shows the before of the ending i mentioned first in this comment, but before tails goes crazy from neglect, sonic kicks tails to say that its not him getting all the neglect, and then sonic does the yuri thing again where he commits the suicide stuff, basically first end bad end second end good end third end saviour end

I like to imagine that the line at the end isn’t sonic saying tails isn’t safe, rather he’s saying that he’ll always look over tails to protect him, for he can’t leave his friend behind. I say this because how else would tails survive without Sonic getting the plane after tails defeated robotnik in doomsday zone?
