So I would have to get a permit and pay taxes on inherited undeveloped land in bahamas? I am american but have automatic citizenship thru my dad. Wondering if it would be easier and cheaper to build on the land as american or with my bahamian passport once i obtain? I have so many questions

buy with your bahamian passport its easier an buy on the islands an cays not nassau its to much like miami
