Wow I remember when I use to buy this stew at kaneshie market with rice but I never knew how to prepare it. Sweet quick question, I didn't see her adding onions as the beginning did she blend it with the fresh tomatoes or not.
Are salted trotters necessary, or can fresh be switched out? Pickled pigs feet are still somewhat common where I live so fresh are available. I never took to pickled but his recipe seems much more interesting.
