My dear they transformed Opera into broadway/hollywood, forgetting Opera's acting has its own requirement. This tendency started when even Callas was invited to play Medea in cinema. They want to make movie acting the absolute art form while it's not and exposes you to celebrity tendency instead of artistic crafting.
I had forgotten about Florence Quivar, she's absolutely superb. They both deliver a magnificent performance of this duet with majestic dignity ❤ The tempo is a bit frantic (like where's the fire?) but I'll assume the conductor decided to give this a more dynamic feel for the sake of this recital.
I don't load full because on youtube it's a matter of time to have restrictions. I've almost lost my channel because of full videos. The Elisir of Amore in Vienna does not exist complete. Sorry.
