I love this band because it's ultimately a tribute to Paulsen and his father's musical roots. Elvis, Metallica, Misfits, early rock n roll. Stuff that I love too.
Ok, that was unexpected... I think it's cool when a guy (or a band) that is very capable of delivering their own stuff occasionally honors an old tune like this with their own style. I think it's the most sincere compliment when a 'rocker' like this can be that versatile and swing far enough to cover a really 'non-rock' song and make it his own. I like it.
