There is less scientific evidence mainly because the FDA and drug companies don't fund studies on natural medicine cause it brings them no profit, doesn't mean it doesn't work. I know many people that NP are the only people helped them with their issues and I was able to heal myself with natural remedies from H.pylori and ulcers. Our medical system is corrupt
