That’s one huge cooker Brian! Looks awesome! You can definitely get a ton of food on that grill. Can’t wait to see you cook on it. You’re right, Tom is gonna have fun cleaning that big boy! Cheers brother and have a blessed Easter with the family!
thank you -- for such an in depth example. I just cooked for 148 church people on old outdated equipment. Having both, gas and wood/charcoal options and rotisserie and stainless...I'm in. GOD Bless. /gHr
Saw you on your dad's channel you look great! You were what pushed your friends team over the top. All teams need a Super bbq buddy grinding along with him!
Looks good cuz. The technical for over impacting is to many uga duga s clearly.. 😁 and the thread inserts are nut zerks. Can't wait to see a big cook on the giant pit.
nice that they sent that to you, I mentioned their hybrid deflector in your P&S vid, good guys over at smoke daddy. Looking forward to seeing your seasoning and cook vids. get a hog on there, son!
If you entertain a lot or are an amateur caterer, this is certainly a great big quantity cook option. However, I guess you could do a smaller direct heat cook if you section off your charcoal in a basket. The price seems like a good value for all that stainless steel. I can't wait to see your "cook" videos on this unit.
My wife got this one for Xmas. I used the La Caja China Before. Are you going to cook with it anytime soon? I was going to do a trial run. I was thinking 2-3 pork shoulders on the spit to simulate a pig. I need to figure out my charcoal / gas ratio.
Nice looking unit. Honestly, I can't see "5 butts per rack." It looks a bit too light to be able to handle 20 butts - or, 150 - 200 lbs of meat in those narrow baskets - besides the load it would put on the rotisserie motor. Could you share a video of it loaded with pork shoulders?
I hope all is going well with you. I'm making a 10 pound brisket hot and fast, then hanging 2 chickens and 4 racks of ribs with 2 sides next weekend. All in 8 hours. I'll let you know how it goes.
Hey James that sounds awesome! Things are going good here just busy with some house renovations so haven’t had time to shoot video. Lemme know how it goes bro!
How far from Minneapolis do you live. We will be there for 8 days when my son competes at Nationals in Fencing. He has 3 events that means there would time to get together for a drink.
@@MadHorseBBQ u had mentioned u got the grill a month prior. It seemed that it being 300lbs that it sat on the driveway for a month. Didn’t mean to freak u out. I can’t leave anything on my drive overnight without worrying it could get stolen. Nice job putting it together. Mine come next week.
Holy smokes that's a nice grill! The possibilities are endless. Nice job!👍🏼
Heeeyyy thanks Joe I appreciate that sir! And so many possibilities is right! Thanks for watching and have a great weekend!

Heck ya man that’s the plan! Prolly be a minute before I take on a hog but it’ll get done.

All good points ted! And thanks man I’m really excited to start using it!
Did you get any cooks done with it?
I have not unfortunately.
Any updates? Just purchased the same one
Haven’t used it since the burn in.
I used it last weekend. Definitely a pain to clean but its great
I'll Need a Gallon of Gel Gloss to Polish That!!!!
Lol I can make that happen! Surprised they’ve never asked you to be an ambassador for them 🤣

Nice! And I don’t know when I’ll be using it. It’s been pretty busy here for me lately.

Ya you may be right! And I fully intend on doing that cook but have been a bit busy on the home front as of late so haven’t had any time.
How much you think a whole chicken’s fit on rack
