Awesome video... that was a trip down memory lane... Thanks for sharing🙂
Thanks for the comment , glad you enjoyed it .
I miss the old level crossing there, always used to ride down to the station and watch trains.
Yes , there has certainly been a lot of changes .
Awesome video - I'm pleased!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼

Thank you
WOW... amazing!
Thanks , it was an interesting project
i like this channel
Thank you
a brutalist way to get rid of a level crossing. the clock tower reminds me of a coffin or tombstone. bad choice of colour unless thats what the brutalism fan architect was aiming for. is there a reason for its shape? does it contain an elevator? i do like the stonework at 8:50. my dad was a train driver. he'd appreciate this removal program.
Yes it's a lift tower
That's a really impressive video. Love the skyrail but hate to see those big trees gone. I hope you or someone else is doing this with the Pakenham level crossing removals. Thanks.
Thanks glad you enjoyed it
i miss the old station, i think the new stinks. especially now since the more people get on and off at the station cause of te parking available. its just made it so much busier then was as i was growing up
From a railway which blended into a suburb to an eyesore nobody could ignore, just to please the motorists…
Very true
One could say the same to the land you have a house on and live ….it once was beautiful open fields but now is an eyesore just to please people !! The world is ever changing mate some things are liked and others not so much.
@@karenandstevencornish2295 It’s just so obtrusive just so motorists don’t have to stop for trains. Instead they stop for complicated traffic light sequences.
@@karenandstevencornish2295 Read somewhere awhile ago, that the whole of that area was part of a huge mountain ash forest which trailed down from the Dandenongs. Made me very sad, that all of that had been destroyed, and apparently just cleared and burned, not even because of timber usage. It was mostly paddocks and cows when we moved there in the 60s. Change becomes harder and harder to deal with as we get older!
