- In this video, we join Madden for a fun day in her toddler classroom at Guidepost Montessori at Las Flores in southern California. Madden engages with practical life activities (food preparation, cleaning tables, etc.) and other Montessori lessons, as well as dancing, singing, and playtime with her friends-all in Mandarin! At Guidepost, we believe language immersion is the best way to offer your child the well-studied “bilingual advantage" as bilingual children demonstrate enhanced cognitive flexibility.

Less is more. 🥰 The absence of bright colorful charts all over the classroom walls stood out to me. I always found children's classroom walls very stimulating. I appreciate the walls are not excessively attention grabbing so the children can focus more on their interactions.

My son matured leaps and bounds in just 4 months. It’s amazing. Beautiful to see the transformation. My daughter is now calm. She used to act out because she was bored at school. She’s now going at her pace and happy.
We love how independent our kids are since they joined Guidepost Montessori. The environment, materials and the teachers are amazing. I was very happy to see my one year old to clean her little table after she finish her snack or her room after she played with toys.

This inspired me to make my 3 yo guidepost student open her own yogurt at home. Amazing the amount of activities they do in a typical school day. From flower arranging, puzzles, art, music, stories, outdoor play, to peeling oranges!
