Another gem of an episode...I have not even watched half of it, but can resonate so much with what she said.
My wife and I too spent so many years w/o any thought to how we were wastefully spending money, until we came across your channel (and a couple others) a couple of years ago and decided to turn our finances around.
Like she said, we had to stop blaming ourselves in order to set a plan and follow it, otherwise we would not be able to focus on our goals.
