Here is a twist on the invitro question. Now that some Fascist Court has ruled that embryos are "persons", using them for any reason whatsoever, including as a fertility aid is nothing other than... CHILD TRAFFICKING? Someone really should get into a deep study of this before this thing gets forgotten and this State-sanctioned trafficking of people continues into the future. I say this because think on this: If these hostipals providing the fertility solutions decided to move out of the state(s) in question and moved their supply of embryos with them, the Fascist Right will say that they cannot do it because it would be illegally transporting minors over the border. This, clearly, will have to be addressed by the Supreme Court, and then watch all the crap fly. It is a no-win position by the RIght if only it gets investigated and pursued in court. The medical industry will have no choice but to put their money where their mouth is and get the courts and the State to back off. This is going to impact, big time, on the profits within the Medical Industry.

I think they should limit IVF to two tries so we can reduce the number of miscarriages. I believe that embryos are living children. I don’t believe we should criminalize IVF-that’s absolutely WRONG. I think that we should treat all embryos miscarried as a loss of life and not as a failed attempt. The government has money to throw around so maybe the government could pay for surrogacy. I think it’s wrong to remove an option without providing an alternative and deep consideration.

This judge is clearly in violation of the Establishment Clause of the constitution: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion..."
If no legislature may make a law which favors one religion; then no judge can make a ruling based on any religious viewpoint. They must interpret the law rationally. This judge fails at this mightily and should be overturned.
