Good video with good explanations. Share your opinion on this please. Wife files for divorce against husband. Wife has an attorney, husband does not. 22 months later the same attorney executes the now ex-husbands Will. In the Will the ex-wife is left an estimated 5 million. Children from the husband's first marriage are left $100 each. Can the children sue the attorney for conflict of interest, claiming they suffered harm by the terms of the Will that the lawyer executed? Their argument is; how could the attorney properly advise the ex-husband that the terms of the Will may be unreasonable and still watch out for the best interest of her original client, which was the now ex- wife?
