What if the attorney withdraws after settling another case with the same company to which his first client is suing for unpaid-wages discrimination harassment and wrongful termination. Only that the second client was given those complaints against the employer with who the first client has complaints filed against two of the same individuals who second client named in there settled lawsuit, with the company H.R department and the second client wasn’t fired but quit his job while on the hand 1st client was wrongful terminated and harassment and discrimination against the first client.
