Introduction to the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct (MRPC)

Introductory lecture for my Professional Responsibility course (and MPRE prep) about the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct (MRPC). The Model Rules are tested on the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE). This video is a quick overview with some study tips for students - I do not discuss any of the individual provisions of the Model Rules (I have separate lectures about each rule). This is an updated video to replace one I recorded back in 2020.
