That petition has no basis.
Firstly there is no such "thing" referred to as "the Opposition" in Kenya's 2010 constitution. No role as "keeping the Govt in check" is mentioned or created facilitated to anyone or any body under the 2010 Constitution. What we have are the people on the one hand the Govt on the other with its 3 arms.
If a leader is additive with corruption how this person gonna change and ever his guys will copy and start the same then our country will go down heel and sink completely.
It's now to rescue our loved so call country Kenya.

When the KK coalition was formed, the parties involved signed an agreement. Now that ODM has joined KK, where is the signed agreement. Further, ODM can not exit azimio without 6 months' written notice . When will 2027 reach so that all these political CLOWNS are sent home by voters.?
Get your framework of thinking right. ODM has not joined KK. It is some members of ODM who have been nominated to join the Govt CABINET as CSs. And they will have to resign from their party nor parliamentary posts before they are interviewed for cabinet offices. The CABINET is not an organ of a political PARTY. It is zn organ of THE STATE. Do you understand the difference between a POLITICAL PARTY and THE STATE?
