I forgot to mention, as I'm moving out in a few weeks, I've slowly been transitioning this space to be less art-focused. I'll continue to rent this room from my mum to use as my office and hub for my online shop so I wanted it to be clear and functional, and I'm looking forward to creating a serene home-studio for all my artistic needs in my new place!

I rarely comment on videos but I have to say, you are always my favourite to watch. Your videos are always so calming and well put together, and this is so nice to watch as I'm someone who loves to have a nice looking space but often end up with art supplies in a jumbled mess which makes me not want to make any art at all, which isn't good as I'm doing an art degree! Videos like yours are the ones that really motivate me to really make an effort with my art, and to keep making rather than compare myself and make myself feel bad, which I know you've done videos on before. I really hope to eventually get into a good work flow and post more on my art instagram, and your videos really do inspire me to do that! I also purchased your mini zines which I absolutely adore and will treasure, I hope you know your work is very appreciated!! Lots of love xx

It gives us a wider look about your Art and the process behind it which is not only talent and practicing and drawing alot but also lots and lots of hard work and organising.

So incredibly organized! I have all my full-time work + art + inspiration + entertainment all in one room and it feels somewhat chaotic every day. I constantly feel like I'm organizing, reorganizing, moving and shifting things to fit what I'm doing at that exact moment. Bless you for this video! I work for a mosaic art supply business, which is just in a warehouse and we have many things like your guillotine, functional but ugly things. My coworker puts googlely eyes 👀 on them and it’s adds a touch of whimsy, gives them a personality.

Love that drawing prompts jar!! (I'm probably super late on that) I think I'll add that to my set up too. For years I've been trying to get back to making art but its shocking how easy it is for me to come up with excuses not to. Instead of guilting myself into drawing again I think that jar will definitely help ease me into a drawing routine. Loved you videos!! They are so calming and so well made!! Congrats for getting your own place!! Good luck with the move! Oh and yes, a cleaning/ tiding routine video would be awesome!

Lovely. I love studio tours. I’m very much looking forward to setting up my own space once the builders have finished doing their thing after a water leak we had. I’ll be sharing it with my hubby but he only needs a computer so we plan on putting the monitor on a boom arm to give me full access to the whole desk space. Definitely will be taking some inspiration from you Min. Have fun finding your place and setting it up when you get to that point x

I loved watching this studio tour, I’m starting to think about ways to organize my studio better.
Do you recommend using a painting dish? I've always used a palette but I've seen a lot of the ceramic dishes lately.
I like both tbh, new things are always worth trying just to see if it makes a difference to how you work

I would love to see a cleaning + tidying video - my studio is an absolute tip and I never seem to get on top of it.
Also I think in another video you mentioned calendar blocking - can you talk more about this sometime do you think? I use the Pomodoro technique which I absolutely love but think I would benefit from an additional system to help preserve/maximise studio time for myself. I seem to lose hours on other things and my work comes last xx

We all live and work differently. Everyone is at their best in environments that suit their unique needs :)
May I ask how many square feet this space is? Side note: the string of hearts plant you were gifted is dope, and great for indoors. Sadly it is a slow grower.

I find it spacious enough :) If you look at my old room/workspace tours, you'll see I had it all open (and it's a massive room up here). I just found it all a bit too distracting so I prefer to have things a bit more closed in.

Looks amazing Minnie and I love your idea of the prompts jar! I would love to know how you get your close up panning shots so steady. I'm struggling with that so much and always end up with shaky footage and a painful arm, haha!
